My pregnancy was kind of similar in that I went a week overdue and had 3 sweeps in total. Went into natural labour on the date of my induction, but still needed my waters breaking in hospital as he did NOT want to come out. I will never forget how DONE I was by the end of my pregnancy, I was so sick of nothing happening!
This is so sweet. I'm 39+1 with GD and preeclampsia and was so worried about being induced and things not going my way but now I feel more positive about it. Congratulations on your new bundle of joy xx

I get soo emotional watching you give birth to your second. I’ve been watching before your beautiful baby boy. I think I’m around your age and you give me hope to have a family one day. Congrats! Been waiting for this vlog! Brings back so many memories that hospital 😭 broody again ngl 😂😂 I couldn't fault the ward either, but would've loved to have had the opportunity to use the birth centre, however I was induced and was told I couldn't use it, even though I didn't need anything other than the gel. 😔 I also asked for wireless monitoring as it said they did it online, but they told me they don't do it anymore due to an incident that happened when a wireless monitor picked up another baby's heart beat and sadly not the womans baby that they were monitoring.. So unfortunately things happened that shouldn't have 😔 so they stopped using the wireless. This is what I was told anyway, but I suppose they have to prioritise the safety. Lovely birth vlog too btw, can't wait for more vlogs. Glad all went well for you too ❤ I also love your Johnny Cash top! xx

Congrats! I had a really similar experience with my first, went in for an induction but only ended up needing the gel to tip me into labour (no drip thankfully!).
Aaaaw this video has just reduced me to tears of joy.... it brought all the memories of 9 months ago back when I had my little girl Mia! I was induced too but at 38 weeks as she was an IVF baby and my obstetrician wasn't prepared to take any risks... I ended up having an emergency c section after 62 hours in labour post induction with no sign if Mia coming! Huge congratulations to you all, these first few weeks are so precious and go so quickly.. I remembered just wishing I could freeze time and enjoy the newborn stage a bit longer! Enjoy this precious time.... can't wait to find out her name xx ❤❤
