Mega Man Atari: Ice Man's Stage

The Footholders now are set to a pattern, YAY!
There's no need to time and jump on Yoku Blocks anymore, YAY!
Also, cheap Penguins.
The only difference I see in Ice Man is that he doesn't gradually speed up his movements and attacks like the original version.
