What is Mini Boss Name?
How the hell does wily build these mega cities capable of housing thousands?! Where does he get funding for that? Whos giving him the resources? How does the construction of such large cumbersome structures go completely unnoticed by the wider world? Why hasn't anyone simply told wily he could be a god among men if he just gave up his futile robot warfare and just gave into to his true evil talents...realestate development!
My guess is Wily hacks big corporations and banks to get his money. He also probably has large quantity of construction robots to help him build his fortress's and anything else his evil genius mind can come up with.

...That was the Worst Ending Ever! Where's the Ending Cutscene?! Where's the 2nd Fortress?!
Reminder that there wasn't any cutscene of the Wily castle Exploding before the Bad Ending begun, No explosions, no Skull shaped Mushroom Cloud's, Nothing. Same goes to the Sondebar Base Remix on the other hand averted this with a new cutscene where you can see the Wily Castle exploding before it blows up
