Actually, this game and the other entry of the Surge Concerto series, is currently out now on Switch, Steam and PS4 in Japan. The other entry is Ciel nosurge. On Steam, the store page for both games is region-locked. You can however get the physical for PS4 and Switch on sites like Play-Asia, and the digital for Switch and PS4 through their stores (provided you have a japanese account on PS4).

It's been awhile since I've played it, but I believe that the reason that some of the female characters look so young is actually an important part of the plot, but the explanation took place in the direct prequel, Ciel Nosurge, which never got localized. IIRC, is because their bodies got locked in the status that were at when they became song mages, which occurred when the likes of Ion and Kanon were mid-late teens, Zill was a full grown adult, and Casty and Sarly were like 12 or 13ish and Casty, at least, actually does address how annoying and awkward it is to be in their twenties but still have such a young body and head severe self-esteem issues related to that. That said, certain other characters wandering around in what are essentially skimpy swimsuits and lingerie despite looking like they were 12 (and were actually much younger than 12, in Prim's case) definitely seems unnecessary.
Tip my hat for that intro music. Bit of a dubstep that I'm huge fan of. I just lost at it 3:14. I've heard about this game and how this is ultra rare to own. But this is really the first time I've seen the game fleshed out and explained. This will be a straight download for me and tbh, I'm fine with it. The prices of these Vita games is getting nastier and nastier. I saw a post on Twitter by Veinz and its around $39.99. I might as well pay that before Sony tears down their store (Vita) To answer your question, definitely they should make a game for the Switch. Guessing they'll have a better performance vs the Vita. Good review love the genuinety. I'm curious what do you think of the twists at the end game I see people rarely talk about? You know the main villain, the role of the player, and etc. Oh, you havent played Ar Tonelico yet? Well they may be very different, Ar Nosurge is a spin-off afterall but they share so much elements I highly recommend them especially Ar Tonelico 2 which this game has a lot of inspiration from since it is considered the series magnum opus

I'd push back a teensy bit on the female characters looking too young. Their appearances are big parts of a couple of character arcs. Well, it's kind of unnecessary for the other characters, though. Also, Radiant Historia was the bomb!
Still can force myself play it, its literally sitting in my ps vita, but after everyone i know sayd to me that i dont understand sub-plot of the game without Ciel no surge, and i'm lazy to waste my time to watch 260+ videos of playlist ciel no surge on english
They should port it but they won’t, sadly gust studios as been soaking their assets in their wallet buster Ryza games that they don’t make enough physical copies for….
