Hey there, I apologize on behalf of all my Indian brothers and sisters who have left rude comments.
For the Pani Puri part, it's one of our favorite snack and it has a lot more to it than just the Puri (the one shown in the video), we create a hole in the center of the Puri and add a secret... SECRET... stuffing. Wonder why it's called Pani Puri? Yeah, we also add Pani (Mint water) in it. So when you did it completely wrong, some of us got angry. Real bad.
