Ford Mondeo EGR to Intercooler Pipe Split In Action and Whooshing Sound

Shows the split in action as the car is driven you can also hear the distinctive whooshing sound it gives off.
Used a GoPro camera and a bike light under the bonnet to record it. The orange flashing light is the GoPro recording light.

I replaced it with a Silicon one from Ebay, cost £25 and has been fine since, came with a lifetime guarantee

Thats just what mine sounds like I was thinking clutch but its working fine, sound only comes if I accelerate hard sounds horrible, thats for the upload will have to sort it but first need to find the split

exactly same place as mines split due to careless mechanic doing gearbox change

This sounds very similar to mine. Were you getting a faint burning oil smell when engine hot and you were stationary at traffic lights, etc? Also a few drips of oil on the drive? How easy a DIY job is this? Can it be done from above or is it from underneath only? Lastly, any chance of a link to the ebay part please? Mine is a 2.2 S-Max but I presume it's basically the same parts for Mondeo/Galaxy/S-Max?
