This is nonsense, the manufacturer claims 15 000 h lifetime. The lamp can't be replaced. Once it goes, the whole projector needs to be replaced. But it's only $305. Replacing it won't be a problem. laser projector costs 10 times as much

This is a LED LCD device... No need to change the light source. It will do the job until you will buy a new projector in ten years

The wall won't reflect as well as the screen does.
Because not all drywall is completely flat and smooth.
