This applies to all resins not just Bleed and Poison. All resins are not affected by weapon Motion Values whatsoever. Infusions and Innate Damage types still are though.
Resins are straight up way better on weapons with multi hit attacks. I mean you can go luck build with hollow infusion cuz luck actually increases buildup of rotten pine and Carthus rouge. But not very much worth it
@@Yeetomato all depends on the weapons you‘re using. For multi hit attacks it’s actually still worth it to just go with Carthus rouge. The claw WA for instance has like 4 hitboxes that apply bleed. Now with the resin that means 80 bleed + the innate 30 bleed. With blood infusion you‘d get like 77 bleed. Not to mention you also get Good damage if you just on a regular build
@@vultureman3311 true. although a luck build is better for most weapons. there's also hollow infusions which give you a luck boost, and carthus rouge has luck scaling. if you're buffing with rouge, it's best to do it on a luck build usually
@@Yeetomato true. On a 40 luck build and rouge it’s actually pretty crazy how fast you can proc bleed with claws, glance and twinaxes. The Carthus curved sword r1 Into full WA is probably also pretty good with rouge
So what about weapons with intrinsic bleed or poison buildup? Does that apply as if infused? What about mixing intrinsic poison/bleed with resin vs intrinsic poison/bleed with infusion?
Na i ain’t gonna check that hammers are not my thing. Btw I did testing with the greataxe and guess what it looks like it has the same stun as demons greataxe and those two have more stun than dragonslayer greataxe and that has more stun that great machete and yhorms. So basically there’s 3 different stun types among greataxes
LOL, this is the thing i was looking for so long, i'm doing a luck build and I was interest in what's the difference in bleed between blood gems and carthus rogue
I watch all the videos! Zullie The *itch, Limitbreakers, Bonfire VN, Pantagana, squillakilla, ymfah, vaati, prod, now you and so MANY MANY more. I have all the infos i need to play it blindfolded ears plugged like helen fucking keller. Just wanted to say this. peace out and praise the sun \[T]/
we love our silly funny game

Luck really is a dead stat

wow this information is so useful, didnt know that infusions and buffs get treated differently, i have so many frozen weapon ideas. thank you!
So you're saying i don't even need a luck build

you do for bleed

Wow, they really, really didn’t want luck builds to be a thing. These facts about resins and infusions should be swapped tbh
Bleed and poison builds can be achieved through quality builds now I suppose.
Great video my man!
top notch content, nice to learn something new after hearing all the same things parroted over and over
Where is murky? 😦

What about mixing intrinsic poison/bleed with resin vs intrinsic poison/bleed with infusion?
Intrinsic buildup gets applied like an infusion but I really don’t know if it still gets applied as an infusion if it’s combined with a resin
@@vultureman3311ok I'll try to find out
Can u check out the if the hitstun of the blacksmith hammer is lower than other hammers? Seems to be lower by a very good amount
