Not only she looks amazing , one you start doing her easy videos and exercises it is so satisfying to see and feel in your body the great results it brings. I love her too!
How do you even begin to do this stuff when you are fat and out of shape, joints hurt and snap crackle and pop. Frustrating to see skinny in shape people doing this, it is not motivating it is maddening.
Melissa Girard don't judge yourself harshly...Start where your level of fitness is...just walking more and little by little increase your exercise routine. TA method is great but it's not easy ...I am a fit person, have done and do different styles of workouts, but when I started her method I realized it's going to take so etc etc ( possibly a lot of time) to get a hang of it. It's not a quick fix but it Works!
This video is so inspiring and helpful. I love her mindset and advice to help build a positive relationship with exercise that let’s face it even I dread. I am so happy she recommends that the first time you do it you will not be able to do it perfectly. I love that’s she’s realistic and really helps level set my mindset and expections for realistic success. Not that anyone needs permission but view it as good reminder that starting slow and build on learning a routine is how it should goes. When learning something new the worlds expectation is if your not instantly good at something to move on. Remember when we first learned in school things come naturally or the things like algebra or painting was so hard starting out. But through time you eventually got some of it down. Exercise you is like your hardest class but then you made it ok with achieving a C (what relief right 😃) Not perfect but acceptable and thats how you need to go into her program. The more you do a c grade is a b and then a. It’s all about gradual change, not instant results. Your body is not a iPhone but something to nurture. Take pressure off yourself start 5 mins then the next 3-4days 10 min and 30 mins for 5 months. You can build consistency and be proud of yourself for just achieving 5 mins. You will learn to accept the small wins which actually do matter in the long run. Your internal thoughts will become more positive instead of negative because you rebuilt your mindset that is realistic. A small start is not a failure, you can do it!

I just don't think her 17 kgs over looked that bad.
