I once stole an attack dog (German Shepherd). I was young (14-15 yrs old) and noticed this beautiful dog on the roof of a car dealership, with no food or water. There was a chain fence around the roof to keep him in and others out. I knew he was suffering.... it took me a week of hot dogs and water but it worked.
