      Run it with the filter, low boost, and conservative tune. Always could turn it up if you get bored of the power. Not sure where you are located but 91 octane would keep the power down as well.

    Curious about this pulley setup, looks like a 9 psi pulley on the jack shaft facing the serp side. What is that silver pulley on the supercharger side?
    Been trying to do my research regarding upgrading to a 9psi pulley and I’m a bit confused, idk maybe I’m a l bit dense but if someone could clarify it’d be greatly appreciated

      @@AnLe-jm8tw How is that clutch setup for normal driving in terms of noise and comfort? I ended up ordering the ZSpeed Super Street Stage 3 Clutch Package. It's been delivered, but I am still waiting for my A2A Supercharger Kit and fuel return system before delivering the car to my installer/tuner, who is Dynosty (in Louisville, KY). I am excited about the upcoming boost for my 2016 Nismo. What have your experiences been like with a 600 + RWHP Nismo? Has the power been usable in the big city? I too live in a big city (Chicago), but will get changes to open up while driving out to the suburbs.

      @@brianjackson5732 with honesty, the clutch was rough as in, it took me A WHILE to get use to but like anything, with enough practice and enough time driving the car, it honestly felt like its back to stock clutch. As far the clutch noise and comfort.....nothing has change. Noise is the lease of my concern and yours too if your pushing big power lol. My motor mount/ Trans mount/ and dif mount make the most noises xD as far as power and driving it in the city.....it should be fine. I drive my car on the daily xD and its completely fine.

    Can the stock block take a beating daily with these numbers at 650whp, I see other 370z blowing up at just 550whp.

    • @SOHOMotorsports
      @SOHOMotorsports  3 года назад +4

      Supercharger keeps the torque down which is what actually kills these motors. We don't recommend beating on the car daily at 650 whp. Cars usually come out of the shop with several boost levels for daily driving, aggressive driving, and then a kill map if asked for. We have had customers drive these cars for 3+ years but it comes down to how much and how you drive them.

    • @TheCinderellaman10
      @TheCinderellaman10 3 года назад +2

      @@SOHOMotorsports so what numbers do you normally map the 370z to in terms of keeping the motor safe and reliable when driving it aggressively daily. And do you recommend meth for adding cooling to reduce IA temps? I know its not always about chasing numbers but what do you say is a sweet spot for these cars using the a2a setup?

    • @traveler7716
      @traveler7716 2 года назад +1

      @@TheCinderellaman10 From my experience, torque should be kept at low 400s and HP at low 500s for reliability.

    • @brianjackson5732
      @brianjackson5732 2 года назад +2

      @@TheCinderellaman10 My car has been boosted (A2A supercharged at 15-16 psi) since April. Keep it right below 500 wheel torque, below 670 wheel horsepower, and don't drive it like you stole it 24 hours a day. You'll also need a ton of supporting parts, like a clutch, 1300cc injectors, at least a 450 fuel pump, a flex fuel fix, a fuel return system, an oil cooler, an oil catch can, at least a 2.5 inch exhaust, new rear differential bushings for the added torque/stress on the rear end, a tune, and either gauges or an Ecutek app on your phone to monitor the car. There are also optional upgrades for the suspension and tires. It's not as simple as installing a kit and driving away. The kit was about a third of the costs when you include labor (which isn't too bad for a supercharger setup). But, you will love your car when it's done!
