That is a very handy pack with a ton of options! That mesh bag would be great for mushroom hunting! Thank you for sharing my friend!

Just ordered my jx3. Came in today! Now I have to make ANOTHER ORDER! The thought that went into this system is fantastic! Thank you for your in depth review! Seems like I'm gonna need another regular saddle but this system can be used for both and seems like a no brainer!

Yeah I have a regular saddle also for specific applications and extremely long walks and being able to mix and match this system with both those saddles as well as my climber, ladders, and ground hunting it sure makes things convenient!

I bought mine to use as a universal pac system. While i like it alot, I can't find a way to use it like a regular pack and bino harness. I want to be able to get to my stand and take the pack off and leave the bino harness on. I do not see an easy way to do this. I'm very disappointed. In theory if we hunt with a bino harness we tend to want to wear it while hunting. No so with a pack. I would appreciate any input here. I could be missing something but I think it may fall short of being very versatile..

I ran into the same thing, and I bought some of the summit climber backpack straps and rig it to the pack if I’m wanted to carry them separately. I take the straps off and wear it as a whole unit when ground hunting but I also replaced the JX3 buckles with small carabiners so that it can be unclipped from the top and bottom without taking off the harness 👍
