    Those old man's and kids doesn't seem to really appreciate how freaking hard is this song to play

    • @jakeholden9871
      @jakeholden9871 Год назад +9

      Difficulty is entirely subjective. To a beginner pianist (I’m guessing you are) then sure it’s gonna be hard. The ppl that are there, are only there to be entertained, not impressed.

    • @stellacitera5877
      @stellacitera5877 Год назад +6

      Well, these people just seem not be reactive at all. They even applaude in quite a shallow way, while they have just listened to a great interpretation of an absolute masterpiece.

      @@jakeholden9871Just let you know, there is no easy piece from Liszt. And by the way, I won’t call anyone I don’t know a beginner pianist. He or she can be a piano major professor from a prestigious music school, you never know😂.

    • @thenotsookayguy
      @thenotsookayguy Год назад

      @@dennisking4233Wth there are plenty of easy/intermediate pieces by Liszt. Search up something like S.207, S.207a, or S.208a, they're all pretty easy. S.166, S.169, S.171a/1, S.172/1, S.189a, S.192 aren't too bad. S.238, S.199 are harder than they look but still not too bad.

    • @addison_1661

    • @ayhamshaheed7740
      @ayhamshaheed7740 4 года назад +4

      jack bell you don’t need large hands, as long as u can reach an octave. I’ve learnt the piece and I can only reach a note above an octave.
      Edit: it’s not too difficult honestly. The only issues are the perfect syncing of the hands and making the melody come out during the more complex parts. Other than it’s ok

      AAK Penspinning start off trying to emphasise the melody as MUCH as possible. Get into the habit of hitting the notes for the melody with lots more force than the rest. Once ur used to that, you should be able to adjust the overall delicacy u play with, and allow the melody to still sound loud

    Perhaps you should play it slower, it's not always about speed. This a very romantic piece so be intimate with it. Phrasing and control is what I listen for rather than speed, its overwhelming and overrated. Although Section B was played well, though it would've been better without the adlib but whatever
