I watch your channel with my kids. They came running saying Rocko is injured. They were ready to jump on a plane and come help, from PA.
Don’t ever think that you are boring . Your video was great. You are never boring. Poor Rocco,can tell she was feeling sorry for herself. That s great that you made the days different for her. You two have a fantastic bond. Well done for taking care of the Forrest.

My poodle dog Toby got a thistle stuck in his eye. The vet had to pull it out.

Thanks for going the extra mile! I always feel like I'm the only one who bothers to take the time to widen out the trail when it starts growing in. If we don't maintain them, they won't put in the effort and then the access roads end up closed.
Ziploc baggies with warm water and sugar. Soak the paw. This is a quick fix suggested by a vet. My lab got a cut on his paw between the toes. Hell of a spot. He was good after a week or so.

Just hiked to 11,400 ft yesterday to see an Alpine lake named Williams Lake here next to Wheeler Peak in NM. Finished the lake visit and summited Wheeler.

I don't know who your audience is. One assumes you do.
Mobile life requires a few things: water, food and food preservation, waste disposal, food preparation, communication with loved ones.
Creeping along at 3 miles per hour in a 3 ton vehicle may not be the best way to travel. Park earlier. Use other travel and get farther.
Put some pieces electrical tape on the side to keep it closed. You can unstick and restick them a few times before the glue is worthless. Just buy some cheap electrical tape

Not terrible. You're gonna have to play nurse for a while though.
I tried rewinding and still did not catch (not tryin'ta pun) if you fixed your electrical? It sounds like yea, but if not a loose connection, or crossed wires, maybe? , especially if an ammenity like the wiper blades are in the electrical stream. Also, Sometimes the tire pressure triggers those lights-- ABS & traction control, but usually that is not all, just a decent first mediation & way to keep going. I can't seem to envision what specific type of spring latch, but I know California has many child proofing latches, usually in larger stores.
Why not stick 300/500w of solar on your roof? I've just added to my van and its making a world of difference

I was thinking the same thing. I've unsubscribed to channels cause I get annoyed they spend half the video teasing whatever they want to say. If they make interesting content you will still stick around after the news. To me it feels like they are insecure. Thankfully Rocko and her sidekick Forest are entertaining. Irresponsible dog ownership. This guy should have done better looking after his dog! Like keeping his dog on a leash until the surroundings were deemed to be safe! I feel so bad for this innocent dog!

I have so much respect for anyone who takes the time out of their own lives to clean up garbage and maintain trails. It's a ton of work, cost and risk to do it. Really opens up opportunity for so many others to enjoy areas they otherwise would have avoided due to overgrown trails or dirty areas. You're a good man, Foresty.

"Trail maintenance OCD" . We're so thankful for you.
I'd like to share an idea we use in rescue, for a 'cover' to help keep Rocko's bandage clean, that involves a men's athletic/tube sock, and a pair of scissors, or very sharp blade. Lay the sock flat (side view) and cut down the middle of the tube area until you reach the 'heel' area. Slip the sock over her foot, bring the two halves created by the cut straight up, one half will go up and around the opposite side of her neck and the other half will go straight up from the leg with bandage...and tie. It will help keep the foot, bandage and leg clean and dry. You're a great pupster papa! Be well and be safe.

Oh, My Heart leaped into my throat when I saw the title of this video. !! Wheww so glad Rocko wasn't injured any worse. Many of the channels I watch have dogs, but she's got a piece of my heart, like no other. 😘
