I didn't expect the E-bike as a purchase, but it looks/sounds like it'll be a great fit! Being able to just lift it up and throw it in the van at the end of a trek will be SO much nicer than the old setup.

Foresty throws the tennis ball towards the camera, Rocko (as dogs sometimes do) chases after the bouncing ball and catches it. Normal right? However, re-watch that part and you will see Rocko stop after catching the ball and look directly at the camera so we can see at home she has secured the ball lol.

Your van is as robust and capable as any vehicle out there. You’re riding on a Chevy 3/4 ton frame/suspension. The 4x4 hasn’t given any problems. Seems like it’s all been electrical as far as problems. Plus, the van configuration looks to be the perfect fit for a live aboard. I can’t stress enough how much it would mean to me, to be able to go directly to the driver seat, without having to go outside. A Suburban or Excursion would be second best but, with the van you’ve got more headroom.
Each and every one of your videos gets a thumbs up from me! Your channel is one of my favorites, and I have been following it since the early days. It is definitely my all-time favorite cooking channel. Lol. The e- bike looks awesome… Though, I really do think you need some alpine touring ski gear as well. The only thing I haven’t figured out… Is eating your food directly off the table. Lol. Didn’t you mention that you’ve had mice crawling around in there? Anyway… Keep on enjoying life!
