Approx. 2016 Alexey suffered a blackout 40-50m... captured in documentary Tge Deepest Breath, where he later confirmed he had suffered significant lung damage!
In such cases of severe damage, what checks are conducted by competition organisers to ensure a diver is Not introducing unnecessary Risk to him/her self or others?
