Sincerely, I went around youtube for an effective tutorial on mixed voice, I kid you not, after I found your channel, I applied your tips, and while playing around with my voice and with your techniques, I found my mixed voice, I unlocked a new range !! Thank you so much Victoria ! 🥰

Never skip the ads whenever I'm binge-watching your videos because I can't do anything else but watching the ads to support you😢 Greetings from Indonesia mam!😆
You really are the best explainer, at not only mixed voice, but the different subcategories of mixed voice that I have ever seen. I wish I had started that topic with you. I personally think people should focus on that speech quality technique for a long time before trying to get to sustained tones . Thanks again!
I did a voice lesson when i was young but didn't work, now watching all your videos, unlock all the vocal techniques, thank you somuch ❤❤ watching from cebu philippines ❤❤❤❤❤
Victoria!!! Thank you for being so generous and sharing your beautiful singing talent with me. I have learnt so much from your videos. Keep on Singing and sharing your talent.
Thank you so much, I was having such a hard time to find that mild ground between chest and head voice . Now I can do it smoothly. Now I feel a lot confident in my skill
Can you also explain where and how the resonating sensation of your sound changes and are felt as you transition from your chest, chest mix, head mix, to the head throughout your vocal tract? What happens to your breath support when you you are chromatically descending a scale or siren.
I was a classical singer in high school but could never sing pop or jazz tunes naturally. I still sound awful most of the time, but at least I know why, and I have some hope of improving now that I understand what's happening! Thank you for all that you do.
Thank you for all that you do for us -- you give so very much. I watch your victorious vocal tips 'most every day. I hope that you feel compensated for efforts.
One important thing on my bucket list is To meet you in person one day.I would like to spend a couple of days with you, having lunch and spend the rest of the day with singing 🎤🤩

when you talked about applying it at 4.20 I wish you would have said how to do it for classical. I'm training as a classical singer. And I'm just revisiting this mixed or middle voice area. I'm not studying in a school but I'm in a choir and and have been having lessons a few years.
Okay, I will put that on my list! In the meantime, if your falsetto is breathy, you can watch ruclips.net/video/OZotnvONBi8/видео.html or if it is weak ruclips.net/video/Q9vzjP4hjPM/видео.html.
Thank you i loved this video! Just a quick question about male falsetto - my falsetto feels far more disconnected than both chest voice and mix voice so transitioning from falsetto to head blend smoothly without some sort of vocal break is really difficult. I wondered if you have any tips on improving this? thanks! :)
Victoria, do you have a video that tells us what you're feeling in your abdomen as you go from chest to mix to head voice? I have a real problem with the migration. I have to push down and out with my abdominal muscles very aggressively, and maybe I just need a lot of ab strengthening exercises. With a lot of pressure on my lower abs, I get through the migration okay, and if I don't do that, I have a clear break in my voice.
Traveling throughout your range (chest mix to head mix) happens at the vocal folds and is not dependent on breath support (what you are calling abs). It sounds like you need to watch or review all of my videos in the Mixed Voice playlist. It sounds like you are working too hard.
Thank you ma'am Victoria, this video about finding the mixed voice helps me so much🤧 I literally find my mixed voice, it's so much fun to learn more about the other stuffs through a healthy vocal techniques, You're channel is the best in terms of everything!! I didn't know if thank you is enough Don't stop inspiring aspiring singers around the world! Sending love from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Hello happy lady 🙂 I so love your content, you make everything so much fun and interesting to listen to, and to do! While watching this video, I feel I just got a new understanding (maybe not quite the ability, yet, haha) on the mix voice. Please, could you tell me if I am thinking of this the correct way? I am a female by the way. When I begin ascending from chest into midway, into head voice... Is it fair to say that there is not an "exact" pinpoint where mix "starts"? To reiterate and explain where I'm coming from: I used to have the false understanding that chest voice, as soon as it ended, mix took over, once mix ended, head took over- as though you were to take a piece of string and section it off, like this: Chest------- Mix--------- Head-------- I thought for a long time, that I had to switch between "modes" constantly, like black, grey, white blocks. But it sounds like it is actually like a smooth and gradual black, grey and white ombre of vocal changes. Not harsh cut-off points of "modes". If that makes sense? I'm awful at explaining things. But really, it seems to me, after hearing your instruction, there is truly very little between chest and head that have to be filled in by mix, regarding the vocal break. And also that chest, mix and head, they are more like overlapping strings, so to speak. Rather than blocks that are totally unrelated. It is more overlapping? Like this: Mix --------------------------- Chest Head --------------------- ------------------------- I know these are awful keyboard-drawings, but I know you probably understand what I mean verbally, even without the artwork, haha :-) I was told my a quacky NYC skype vocal coach, that my mix voice didn't exist... He essentially broke my voice and I developed a nodule on my right cord for 5 years. He had me belting EVERYTHING very hard and painfully. Ugh! Now I am trying to understand everything correctly, after he taught me wrongfully. If I can. I'm 25 and the timeframe for me to reach my dream of being able to sing and play my guitar seem to be vanishing. Getting too old for it to matter much, it feels. Thank you again, Victoria, I admire you and greatly thank you for your content and art ^_^
@@Victoria-Victorious Fantastic! Look how much easier and faster I understood by hearing your explanation- amazing. I haven't understood this concept in 5 years. Thank you, Victoria! Be blessed. I truly appreciate your guidance and teaching.
Awesome videos!!! ❤️I struggle a lot with miylxed voice, because I had a vocal teacher who didn't know anything about it. I only pulled my chest voice high and my throat hurt. Now I want to find my mixed voice. How does the mixed voice feel in the throat and in general? How do I know if I found it? Thanks for that great content 😊😊
Watch all of the videos in the Mixed Voice playlist. Record yourself in the speaking exercises. If you are doing them correctly (using my video as a model), you should be able to feel and hear the difference. Mixed voice feels in between heavy and light or thick and thin. There is more to it than just that, but that is a good starting place!
Hello Victoria, I love your lessons! They are really great and informative. I have a quick question. How can I remain in my head blend a little longer? I would like to have it until around D5 or E5, but it goes to head voice sooner than that.
Without hearing and seeing you, it sounds like you need to strengthen your head voice (and work on your breath support) so that you do not disconnect into weak, breathy head voice. Watch this video: How to Strengthen Head Voice - for ALL VOICE TYPES! ruclips.net/video/jcO0RaTZWZ4/видео.html. Also, watch the videos in my playlist on breathing and breath support (concentrating on breath support).
It depends on whether or not you sing in falsetto in your songs. If you do, then yes, the smooth transition needs to be part of your training. If falsetto is not part of your songs, then having a smooth transition is not as important. Either way, the main issue is thinning out the chest voice (chest blend) as you ascend.

Beautiful voice! Yes, you have a strong chest mix. I would work on thinning it out (as I teach in my 3 videos on mix) to avoid the strain and reaching in the higher notes. Nice work!
You do go into a bit of the squeeze in your airflow in the high notes, but it will probably be a lot better after you learn how to chest mix (thin out the chest).
