I think a small community college could fit the city really well! A lot of cities in the U.S. have smaller colleges, like where I live. Another idea could be a row of townhouses/shops like a clothing store, shoe store, and electronics store. I could also see something like a garden store fitting well. I'm absolutely loving the way this is coming along, your builds are just so beautiful 🩷✨😁
I have a couple suggestions for Lavender lane builds! 1: Vinyl / CD store! It would be so cute and creating it with a retro style would be so pretty and I would love to see it! 2: Bowling alley! Again it would be so cute and seeing what u are capable of by creating all the astonishing arcade games for maple Street a bowling alley built by u would be incredible! lastly: A retro rundown technogoly /devices store! This would be beautiful and Ur skill would make it incredible! I can imagine pipes outside lots of garbage and cracks in the walls creating a rundown feel and it has been there for years! Hope u consider these and Ur content relieves my anxiety and it makes me feel so calm (especially your build videos) I can't believe how far you've come and it's so incredible to see u in the start creator community! I absoulutely love this build!! The town is getting so much bigger and better build by build!! I think three or two small builds would be nice infront of the karaoke bar/Internet café! My ideas would be to add a restuarant , a photobooth , a small flower/decoration shop, maybe a small theater or a small bowling alley (If it ill work :D)

I think you should add an antique store! I feel like i would really fit the vibes of lavender lane. It could sell paintings that aren’t needed and stuff like that. So i got an idea, you could build a little corner store (is That even a thing?) with Like a homey vibe to it🫶🫶✨✨ The story could be: The college students after school go to their apartments/homes they want to eat something but, they have nothing in the fridge!!😨 They dont have much time bc its already late so they go to the near corner store-it does not have big lines to Check out and there is always stocked shelfs. The students can do their fast shopping and leave with so many ideas for the snack at Home🛍️🥐 Love your builds👍 and also Can you share the decals, I think they are so cute!

You should make a train station, it will leave trash bags, dusty grounds, and rotting pizza boxes near the bins, although it’s costy, it is realistic and fun to use in roleplays and mini movies.

Maybe for the next build you can do a laundry mat, you mentioned for the previous building that the collage student don’t have access to laundry within their apartment building, so I think it would be very helpful for the storyline.

i think you could build a small family owned ice cream parlor! i used to go to this small ice cream place with my friends back then, the owners would sometimes give us free cones and such, it was so much fun and brings back memories!

Another build suggestion I was thinking of would be a B&B owned by an old couple who love the company of others, rather than it being a business you can make it more homelike where they provide amazing homemade dishes for people staying here. This is probably one of my favorite builds and I love the shorter ceiling! Maybe across the street you could put a gas station an ice cream shop or some sort of school building!
