Great strength workout. You kept the intensity with brief rests. Did this on Saturday; really benefitted my wife and I. Supplemented our HIIT, Cardio during the week. I confess I did full burpees, and I did miss floor or bench press 😉. But overall 💯💥. Thank you guys.

Crushed this one today 💪 Was a super sweaty workout 💦Block-1 was the toughest. I loved the snatches, swings and thrusters. In Block-2, DB Reverse Lunge Knee Drive was challenging. A great workout 👍 Thank You Chris and Edi. ❤
Great workout; however, because I suffer from chronic leg pain, I struggled through the block with the squats and lunges. I was wondering if you can do some videos without jumping, squats, nor lunges. You guys are awesome!

Caught up on all the previous days so far but this METCON workout in particular was the most challenging mentally and physically. Never sweated so much this whole month! I did it at the gym so I had access to more weights and consistently going heavier with the 40 lb. dumbbells all throughout made a dramatic difference in intensity! 💪🏼🔥💦💦💦
