I'm following along with my own game using 1 dupe, and found a pretty effective way of using the Magma from the bottom of the asteroid to set up a petroleum generating machine - inspired by your use of wasted rocket heat from the Ultimate Base series. Now I have tons of petroleum, not sure if I could share screenshots with you but thanks for the idea!
If you need to cool more down but don't have liquid pipe space for the loops, you could create a bunch of metal tiles and run the liquid pipes once through there, and cool all the tiles down with a gas system
Keep up with the great work, nathan! Btw, am i the only one who cant get to the main menu on oni due to that „Help! A black hole ate my game!“ crash message
what happen if no clean water in pipe (storage full) and oil pipe is active (may be it always use to create plastic/petroleum) ? this may make stream turbine overheat?
If you don't like asking people to subscribe and like the video, perhaps you could think about adding some sort of animation at the beginning. I've seen this on other RUclipsrs' videos. It certainly helps me, as I press Like on every video I see this.
Great series. But that oil pipe is a disaster it goes down for cooling then come up only then to back down all the way for storage... Anyway nothing major only maniac.
Why are you using Desals for your salt water? That was the mistake you made on the other planetoid... It requires constant attention Use a heat mechanic (Geothermal, Metal Volcs, Ore Refinery etc etc) to boil and then condense ALL your water so you don't need to have your dupe keep coming back to deal with the desalinator.
It seems silly to me to heat up -10 degrees to 120 degrees and then back to 25 while we don't even need that much water. The volcano on the second planetoid can't even keep up heating a single geyser and we don't have any magma volcanos from the looks of it.
@@Nathans-Sandbox it might seem silly, but its easy to do, which makes it considerably less silly. The hardest thing about the Desal method is that it's labour intensive. You'll need to spend a quarter of a cycle every 10 emptying the Desal With a Geo furnance, if you don't need the water, you can simply spit it out into Space, or create shutoffs that stop inputting water into the Heater when not needed.
personally I feel like this is the BEST oxygen not included series yet and he's always making it better!!!
☺️
Can’t believe I’ve caught up on the one dupe challenge. Now I have to wait for each new episode
Will do my best;)

You can share screenshots on my discord server. Just be sure to tag me so I see the message.
This guy has helped my oxygen game so much. His editing is what keeps me coming back. Kind of funny to see how the ultimate bases evolved.
😉👍

I love getting ideas from watching your videos to use in my world 👍
👍
Episode 2 of Nathan refusing to build infinite storage, today : more pipes ;)
🫣

I usually don't go to the main menu as it takes too long, I just restart the game.
The last bridge was green output vs green output isn't that a error
Always waiting for your awesome videos 😊😊😊💪👊🙂
Cheers!

Yes you're right.
loving the content nathan!
Awesome thanks!
As always, way over complicated contraption.. 😁
Great video, and glad to see you climbing up in the subscricers! You are well deserve it 🤗
👍😉
This 1 dupe challenge motivated me to play again
Awesome;)
Are your midjourney promts posted somewhere? Great job on those!
It's mostly something along the title with the addition of "octane render"

There is a mod that makes desalinators automatic. No dupe. Just drops the salt on the floor
Might be an option for this play-through.
can you tell me how you create the thumbnail art for this video. it's Dope
I use the Midjourney AI.
Dope
Bro is the best oxygen not included player
☺️

I'm my opinion it is more logical this way. All liquids take the main path to the storage and the water and oil are taking a detour to be treated.
Do you use AI generated art for your thumbnails? It kinda looks like that to me
Yes, by Midjourney.

@@Nathans-Sandbox you have Molten cores. That would last you a solid 5000 cycles
like Netherlands, too many bridges
