❤Thank you Elaine for this video.
I've found 2 ladies on RUclips who's excercises help my body to stay flexible and strong.
Dr. Alyssa Kuhn, she is from the USA. She is a doctor of physical therapy and an osteoarthritis specialist.
Gabi Fastner, she is from Germany. She is an instructor, including connective tissue gymnastics. Maybe these excircises are also something for you.

Thanks for being here! ❤️
I have 3 AI diseases, RA, scleroderma and Hashimoto's. I use diet (no meds after 5 years except LDN during flares) and rearranged my life to be less stressful. I'm pain-free and rarely flare. I know diet doesn't work for everyone, but it may help you if you have all that pain. It couldn't hurt. You can use diet in addition to meds. it may help you cut down on meds. That's a lot of meds that you take.
What type of diet did you use?
As part of your ANA blood work did your doctor also do a skin biopsy? I know I had that done then that lead to get the ANA test for me
Thank you Elaine. ❤

What kind of scleroderma you have systemic or limited? Thank you
I have systemic sclerosis. But systemic sclerosis is broken down into 2 categories - diffuse and limited. That referred to skin involvement. My antibody is SCL-70 which is associated with diffuse systemic sclerosis. Hope that helps! ❤️
Thank you for all the information you provide for all of us ❤️🩹I have a question have you had hydroxychloroquine before?
I take Hydroxychloroquine if you have any questions. I am a fan of Elaine’s!! ❤
@@Hazeleyesx2 Hi thank you to replying to my message. If you don’t mind me asking you What dose are you on? How long you been on it? What are your side effects? The thing is I refused the medication because of it affecting my retina and I didn’t give it a chance and I’m in pain and managed to move my appointment sooner and they kindly done that for me so I go in July. She will give me the dose 200mg once a day. I’m taking ibuprofen if I flare up a lot and it’s the only medication that brings down my inflammation.
