She tells me I have to go to the back of the building to get it .....ooook, Red Flag. I go back to see them haul a GIANT cartboard box, like 60x120x180 cm. Startled and feeling extremely awkward I take the box, and take it home... I was expecting a much smaller box so I went by bike instead of car. Had to walk 6 km, using the bike as a carrier for the box. Once home I open the box and a giant plush dog is in there. I ordered a sheet set from a similar site several years ago. It was like $30-ish and was supposed to be something like 600 thread count and a solid purple color. A month or so later, I still hadn't received anything (n not even a shipping notification), so I called up the support line and they told me it was being shipped from China. Another month later, still nothing, so I called back and demanded a refund, which they resisted, but eventually granted. Later, I eventually did get a package, but it was a set of cheap, thin sheets which were white with colored polka dots.
So with the wish app basically being a massive scam-fest, why does'nt google remove this app from the play store ? Don't they have ANY standards at all ?
My fiancee lost her engagement ring, so I went online to get a new one for her. Couldn't afford an expensive one, but I didn't go for the cheapest option either. The one I ordered said "Delivery from UK", the store had a UK-sounding name and had all good reviews. I purchases a solid gold 24k engagement band. A bit cheaper than I thought it would be, but then again, the store did say they were working with surplus stock, so I thought nothing of it. After 3 weeks without delivery, I got worried. It usually takes less than 24 hours from within UK. Finally, after 3 weeks and 3 days, it arrived. The package was full of international stamps in all kinds of languages. The inner package was full of Chinese writing and the only thing written in English said "of Shanghai" (right after some Chinese symbols I assumed was the company name). Opening it up and it was a LOT lighter than I expected a chunk of solid gold to be. It was a plastic ring painted in gold colour, the kind you get from those machines you put 20p in and twist and it comes out in a ball. Instead of getting a cheap gold ring, I ended up with a seriously overpriced plastic toy ring. Just like with yours, they did switch the description while the item was still shipping, but thanks to Amazon keeping track of things like that, the store is now shut down... probably reopened under another name because the ring is still for sale from at least 5 other vendors now.
I don't know if I am lucky, or just smart at avoiding scams, but everything I've purchased off Wish was exactly what I expected. Granted, I go for things like packs of mini-glow sticks, coins, and other things that are cheap crap but the exact cheap crap I ordered.
I ordered 5 lithium battery solar powered charge modules and received 5 bags of extruded plastic 2 inch curly cord thingys. Since they had several colors, i ised them to id chickens by wrapping them around the leg of each animal.
When I was a kid there was an advert for a 5000 piece tacklebox kit. Since I loved fishing I saved for it. I think it was 19.95 plus S&H. When it finally came in it was only hooks and sinkers in the smallest cheapest tacklebox. None of the hooks had eyes for your line. None of the weights had holes. And there barely enough lead to make new weights since my dad had molds anyway. Just mainly a tin of useless hooks that you couldn't tie.

The Ticass Show Maybe, but the 2 full size USB ports on a circuit board just didn't make sense. It almost looks like parts from a rechargeable solar powered USB power bank. I looked on RUclips and it's kinda like this but a lot more bits and pieces ruclips.net/video/JGAdPe2nJIs/видео.html Who know's lol :)
Gotta love how adaptable you made this
Order video card for review > Gets pen > reviews pen
It's called a needle tip pen which is one of my favorite writing utensils.
I bought a Rc plane and I ended up getting foam insulation cut into the shape of a plane
Subscribed! One of the most hilarious videos in ages on my RUclips and DEFINITELY one of the best reviews I've ever seen hahaha
You bought the $1 Video Card for US THE PEOPLE SO WE DON'T HAVE TO!
Looks like somebody watches the Wolfe Pit...while enjoying a fine craft brewed beverage (or 2).
Ayeee wolfepit
Wolfe pit
*howls hungerly*
Woo more Wolfe pit subscribers!! Larry is the man!
I bought a 3d printer for £25 on Wish, they sent me a sex toy instead...
Meag sounds like a win. Hah.
That's a win
Meag 1000% win
Lots of people assuming it is a win but what if it is a dildo? Is everyone really getting excited about an ass plunger? lol yuk
I mean.. its a 3D DILDO isnt it 😂
Yet for some reason I've been getting almost non stop Wish.com ads on youtube, which is really getting on my nerves now 😡
Spark Pug Same here! Makes you wonder how much did Wish really pay for advertising on RUclips…
"let's review this pen"
"... It's a pen"
I don't know why I found that so funny lol
I'm 1:10 in and this feels like a Forgotten Weapons video with a bit of CodysLab, I think I'm subscribing.
Thougth the same, dunno why but he just feel so familiar lol
Jixijenga weird thought the same thing. He seems friendly and straight forward type of guy like cody and ian with similar sense of humour it seems.
Vali - Thanks
So with the wish app basically being a massive scam-fest, why does'nt google remove this app from the play store ? Don't they have ANY standards at all ?
Terrence Vergauwen wish Is legit on most items. This is new to me tho lol. But I mean... Yeah.. $1 gtx 1080ti... Ain't nothing suspicious a out that!
I love how even tho they weren’t GPUs he still made reviews of the products
You just gained a sub!
Your handwriting is intoxicating. Came out looking like a font. You could write anything and I'd be mesmerized.
I like how you said 10k subs in the vid and by the time I'm watching this, it's 2.5 times of that :D keep doing what you do, I like your style :)
My thoughts exactly. This video showed up on my recced. Subbed. Checked states, pretty high now. Doubled in less then 2 weeks. Bet he is happy :)
Exceedingly so
It’s over 60 times that now, and it’s only been an hour?
Rectus Rectumius subs dude, subs
Rectus Rectumius still showing 25k subs for Me. But a hell of a lot of views.
Just like with yours, they did switch the description while the item was still shipping, but thanks to Amazon keeping track of things like that, the store is now shut down... probably reopened under another name because the ring is still for sale from at least 5 other vendors now.
morphman86 24k should of been a dead giveaway for a scam.
Murphyz Law Why? It's rather standard to have pure gold rings.
Chuck Norris ordered a 1$ key chain and instead he got a Gtx 1050s
That explains the mixup....
Instead
unixsteven thanks
I don't know if I am lucky, or just smart at avoiding scams, but everything I've purchased off Wish was exactly what I expected. Granted, I go for things like packs of mini-glow sticks, coins, and other things that are cheap crap but the exact cheap crap I ordered.
Well, the nozzle IS watercooled so....
I ordered 5 lithium battery solar powered charge modules and received 5 bags of extruded plastic 2 inch curly cord thingys. Since they had several colors, i ised them to id chickens by wrapping them around the leg of each animal.
improperly packaged 1953MD Medical Pro-grade CRT video monitor: arrived in about 7 pieces.
Ouch.
Just mainly a tin of useless hooks that you couldn't tie.
moral of the story
stay away from wish.com
TomHud yeah wish is a scam magnet
And eBay
Gray Au Lol you are the salty one
if you read the item's description thoroughly before deciding to buy something on WISH, you wouldn't feel like you got scammed...
i've bought loads of decent quality products via WISH & it cost me next-to-nothing!! i've saved an absolute fortune when comparing what it would've cost me in a retail store!!
I WISH I could stay away from it
1080 Ti. Gets bit from a sink 😂😂😂
Even.Ways Music
At least the bit from a sink (hopefully) works after being filled with water. What an idiot.
It's for the watercooling. 😏
Even.Ways Music how did you type those emojis?
Max gamer 20 probably typed from a phone where those emojis are easily available 😂🙂
I bought a blanket from Wish, got a dust cloth.
Can't even be mad, it was a good dust cloth.
Grace Ingledue lmao
I got this bath mat from Amazon that, after about 3 washes, the rubber layer on the bottom completely disintegrated and I had to spend about 2 hours picking tiny rubber pieces out of our washing machine's drum. To this day, I still occasionally find tiny pieces of rubber stuck to our clothing.
It looks like I've been out of the computer game for a little bit and this is what graphics cards look like now
I bought an official GameCube controller on amazon and when it arrived it was some cheap generic controller, worst part was that it took two weeks to get here and the package was delayed twice
Just think if it never arrived how excited you'd still be though.
Two weeks is nothing compared to Aliexpress and its amazing 2-3 Month shipping oh and probably you just din't understand that that's how the original controller actually looked
You can file a claim for counterfeit goods and get your money back. Best thing is you get to keep it too.
Fridelain did that, was so happy when I got the money back and the seller was taken down
Fridelain Yep, best thing you can do. Don’t be the guy who doesn’t report it. Better to get them taken off the site than someone else getting scammed. Unfortunately they’ll just make another account to sell but it still gives them a setback when they’re banned on an account.
My cousin is going to be disappointed when he get's his 1080 foam ice cream.
Earl I wouldn't be
Ultimate pen review ! With it you can play games like Battleships and other games that can be played with paper and pen ! The most realistic graphic and VR experience.
You said that you just got 10k subs when you recorded this. Now that has over tripled. Congrats man.
You mean hello “all 800k people”.
Ordered a Titan X (Maxwell) for $700 from a re-seller on Amazon.
They sent me a bag of dogfood lol. Luckily they were backed by Amazon so I got my refund + $50 if I wanted Amazon credit which I happily accepted.
I never got my package.. but it said i had got it .. so they didnt give me back the money.. contacted shop, amazon.. paypal.. but no one wanted to pay me back..
animeforeverjoho people are shitty ik.. ):
And you can keep the dogfood too?
Daniel Chong Main question asked, congrats
Nah, I sent it back xD
Don't sleep on your one dollar purchase, that pen can open doors to other dimensions
GoldDlocks The RUclipsr I love this comment, you’re right
The pen review was the best lol
What about doing a series or a video on super cheap actual graphics cards like under $50. And what they could ACTUALLY be used for. Maybe old school gaming or just extra monitors or whatever. Maybe a good challenge is finding a useful graphics card under $20? Id watch the shit out of videos like that.
I was actually just kicking around the idea of a sub $120 computer. One problem I have is the used market in Oregon is pretty.... Well, we don't have much of one.
Holy tits. This is my first interaction with a channel i watch that has over like 1000 subs. I feel like a dork for getting excited. Hahahah. Thanks for actually reading my comment
I read every comment, and thanks for watching!
Craft Computing i feel that i live in a larger town. For around here. And there is only one computer shop within an hour and a half drive. It does mostly mac and data recovery so stuff is... Difficult to find, to say the least.
With wish ads in front of the video. The irony.
I got one 2
Auction on ebay..
42 inch TV
I got one of those domed stickers for family vans that allow you to see below the back hatch of van. Along with instructions on how to create a 42" TV using your old TV the sticker and a cardboard box (not included)
The year was 2007
Well, bugger me! A good recommended video for a change! Nice.
I have a happy one. I RMA'd a r7 370 to powercolor and they set me a RX580 :)
maybe the video cards are hidden inside them 🤔
You know, I never considered that...
Lol
I once purchased a book that told you how to make a go cart. And it never arived. And that was like 2 or 3 years ago.
"it's not even Pascal. Not even Kepler." Lol awesome screen saver btw
He actually reviewed the pen, with B roll! subscribed
"Powered by water" - I'm done lol
The ice cream cones might be cheap floaters for keys so that if they fall out of a boat they don't just sink. They are actually super useful for boating.
