So these tires are doing well on your 1500? I am looking to purchase these for my 2007 Ram 1500 with tire size 275/60R20. I was unsure if they would hold up being on a full size heavy pickup vs what was said about these being more for an SUV or mid size truck.

Just put a set of these on my disabled mother's 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. We noticed a difference immediately during a rain storm the next day. She was even getting better highway performance over her previous tires.
I'm now looking forward to not having to worry about her driving during winter this year. I consider these to be the K02's little brother and I'll be getting a set for my vehicle sooner than later.

    Ok
Mounted a set 3 days ago. 2001 Disco 2 with 2 inch lift. Extremely comfortable highway ride. Negligible road noise. Snowed here today and didn’t miss a beat. Slush at high speeds the tire would plane then catch fractions of a second later. Wouldn’t go so far as to call it squirrelly but def makes you grab the wheel for the just in case moment. Took it off the road up and down with hill descent in low. No spin what so ever uphill and no slip down, but not at all a difficult path. Would need more off-road time to be fair to the eval. Need to see how it handles ice. Seem to ignore water.

Just placed an order at my local tire shop to put on my Toyota Tundra. I don't need anything crazy for offroading, I like to mountain bike. Some trails have a paved trail center parkinglot, some are just patches of sand/dirt on the side of a back road, some you gotta drive into the forest and find a spot once you're in there. Hoping these work out for the light duty I need in sand/clay or loose over hard conditions.

A great video, really comprehensive and objective. I put a set of these on 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid AWD and on dry tarmac, they are great - everyting that you have reported here. With just over 10,000 kms completed, I can say that the one really dissappointing thing that I have found is their performance on wet tarmac. They understeer horribly in turns.
Perhaps it is because of the tarmac/hot mix that we have here in Australia, but as soon as it rains, you need to take off a heap speed in turns and in round-a-bouts and turn in really slowly and gently because the car just pushes across the apex of the turn and runs wide every time.
Wear has been admirable, but I will be shifting to something else when these are worn; possibly Pirelli Scorpion or Dunlop Grand Trek.

These are a great replacement for a set of BFG Rugged Terrain TA's I ran years ago.
    Pro's:
    - Great traction in the snow. Never needed 4WD all winter. Only used it to keep the diff in shape.
    - Confident in the rain at any speed (in my Pro T4R).
    - Quiet in the summer. Haven't had them off-road, yet. UPDATE 11/28/2023 - took them to a mild offroad course and they do just fine in the dirt and sand and better than my Toyo Open Country R/T's.
    Cons:
    - Flat spots all year round that you have to drive out. Even in the summertime I still get flat spots (overnight).
    - UPDATE 11/28/2023 - I have 52,000 miles on mine and they still look brand new, but starting to hum a litle bit down the highway. Can still have a conversation in the vehicle without having to raise my voice.
My brother went with a set of Toyo Open Country AT3's. I do not like those. The sipes only go halfway down the tread. The sipes on the Trail Terrain's go all the way down to the bottom of the tread. Big plus right there!

I had great mileage at 58,000 out of my rugged trials but they have change the design several times. I had the rugged terrains after those but only got around 48,000 and were louder and didn’t grip as well in the rain. They were as slick new as my old wore out rugged trails with 50,000. I even made a spreadsheet to weigh my options. Tire Rack's testing showed the Falkens were actually better in most conditions as far as grip & stopping distance, so I'm leaning towards the Falkens. Also 1lb lighter weight per tire than the BFGs. Cheaper tire cost than BFGs. Longer mileage warranty than BFGs. Higher speed rating than BFGs. From the other evidence I've gathered (not conclusive though) they are even slightly quieter than BFGs. The only reason I still hesitate is Costco currently has a $110 off sale for BFGoodrich through February which would bring total cost almost $100 under the best deal I could find for Falkens after installation.
