I try to be open minded to possibly being natty but he really does have a lot to gain by promoting his brand in his journey in powerlifting, bodybuilding and now endurance combined with lifting. He's the face of his brand and really pushed his products as being effective along the way. When someone's living is highly impacted by what they say and do you really have to question what they have to gain. He's deadlifted well into the 700's, gotten extremely big while lean bodybuilding, supposedly natural and now this high volume ultra endurance stuff maintaining high levels of muscle and strength. It's extremely rare and unusual and there's a reason so many doubt his natty claims. If you've seen his size in the military at one point he was very very tiny before he gained a ton of size. I'll say this, only he knows the truth and no one here can say for certain. I wouldn't put much faith in what anyone says about such topics because these things are complicated. I know he does everything possible, no stone unturned, the best training, coaches, equipment, recovery, food, etc etc... to preform at his highest level. Things most people could never afford so he has many advantages over the average person. He's got the best of everything. Does that include TRT or other medications who knows but him. So he def has high motivation, great genetics, a very hard worker and the best of a lot of things. Whether it's helped by TRT or not it's def not supplements that's made the difference. Don't be misled by that, they're a very small player in all this. Dude is a beast and highly motivated with good genetics. It'd be awesome to say for certain he's completely natural but we all should be aware of the world we live in. It's cool what he does but not one of us can say for sure he's natural. These events are not even drug tested so there's that. Either way he does impressive things and I do think it's pretty cool to see. I like the idea of endurance training and strength training together.
Gotta realize steroids are not just for muscle. Do you know much recovery he needs to be running that much and strength training on top of it? Even the best nutrition and sleep isn’t enough. Maybe he’s not pushing roids for mass… but he’s def enhanced to perform that high all the time.
Why he's the most hated?
I like this guy and willing to hear his advices about running.
Because he is a good runner that actually look like a man instead of skeleton
Kipchoge? Marathon record? Dont care, still a moving skeleton
In his mind HRT/TRT does not equal steroids. Look at his face when asked the question. He struggles to lie!
Yep and notice when he responds he says “well first of all genetics….” He never denies anything after that
Dude in the white shorts keeps his phone right by his balls ?…..not a good idea
Really enjoyed the content of this podcast episode, but the editing is very confusing and hard to follow...some clips were replayed multiple times in different sections (ex. training up to the Buffalo Marathon, not wanting to look like a "skinny bitch" joke when talking about Nick's body type...) The repetition of the same sound bites can be jarring to listen along with.
Listening on my 5 mile walk.
🤣 Good thing hes definitely NOT ! on Steroids
Remember hes NOT , on any steroids.🤣😂🤣
I got a lot of respect for Nick but the one thing I can't stand, is when someone tries to sell you supplements and they claim natty.
@@MukimukiRunner why you respect these frauds bro? They are lying to scam noobs. They are not entertainers, they are out to fraud their customer base as much as possible by selling false dreams.
Its that freeze dried vegetable powder bro 👍
@@MukimukiRunner It's a crime in the US to admit to taking steroids. I'd love people to be open and honest too but it starts with decriminalizing steroid use. FWIW I don't think he's taken steroids for the last couple of years. Explains why he dropped from 215 to 195 as well.
@@LordWolfhunter321 he dropped from 215 to 195 because he increased his running which increased his calories burned. That’s it. He’s absolutely still taking stuff. You don’t have that physique naturally, especially not running like he does.
Does this guy admit to steroid use yet?
Clearly on some gear.. another liver king here.
FUCK YEAH!!!! Nick Bare
I laugh at people all concerned if he’s on any gear or not, when every major endurance athlete is taking something, and if they say their not there lying. Gear or not the guy busts his ass.
Gear would barely help endurance runners as most are not looking to maintain insane amounts of muscle like Nick.
@@MegaRsvidwatcher not true, it helps immensely with recovery.
@@mtb7018 For endurance runners? Please share the evidence on this...
@@MegaRsvidwatcher Come on, this is well documented over decades. Anyone who has even remotely followed the research over the years would know this and anyone with access to google will find hundreds of research papers on this. To think steroids is only for building muscle is grossly mistaken. Also don’t just think steroids, insulin is very popular in track and field athletes.
@@mtb7018 Share the evidence then specifically for endurance/marathon runners rather than just saying its well documented which ultimately means nothing...
He said look at my dad, my genetics. He's full of crap. He keeps his size bc he's smashing the PEDs
Obviously on roids
Alex Viada is the original
He is on gear but so what.
so what? hes selling supplements to ppl that think they can achieve his look naturally.
i have sympathy pain too andrew about a week before my wife’s period it’s painful too be in her existence 😂
He’s full of shit, however to keep sales for his business he can’t acknowledge the fact that he’s on gear.
Nick Bare prince of the fake natties. Running marathons and holding onto muscle with 3k calories a day 💉 💉
Yeah I loved that they “joked” about him being on steroids and he didn’t really answer it. They all know he is
@@areallytallguy he knows, we know, he knows we know. I’d have a lot more respect for him if he was honest. Instead he pushes his supplement company and lies to his fans.
It’s possible. I did it all natural. Not to his extent, but I gained muscle/fat within a certain amount of time. I got stronger bigger and faster all while training for a 50k in Romania(military) I changed my diet and training, has he ever done gear? I have no idea but doing this shit natural is possible. And I ran a half marathon every Sunday as long as we weren’t actively training that day
@@gabes9320 of course it’s possible to be lean and run natty but I do not believe Nick. Look at him when he was bodybuilding he was juiced to the gills then and is now too.
Nick juicing like a bunch of fruits in a French press
Is nick bare natural?
na.
Yup, he is.
......if you really have to ask.
@@ZippyLikesZippers nah, when someone looks great people will ask. Once you look damn good you'll get that question all the time. Does not mean gear is being used.
He has motivated me before but I don't think anyone should compare themselves to someone else like this. Work hard, train smart but don't beat yourself up if you're not getting similar result and don't think you need to buy all those supplements to keep up.
Guy is always juiced to the gills.
I have no respect for this guy anymore. JUST ADMIT YOU USE GEAR, ITS OBVIOUS LMAO
“Where you trying to get attention or something” Pipe down grandpa
Love Nick Bare but lol at the idiots who think he is natural.
