- Give this fried milk a try if you have never heard of it before. This is one of the most inviting yet delicious snacks for both the kiddo and grown ups.
Crispy delicious snacks that pair perfectly with an afternoon tea latte, this fried milk or fried milk custard cubes to be exact, are just so good that anyone would crave for more. They are golden and crisp on the outside, yet soft and melting inward. Better yet, the scent is just so inviting!

1.5 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
⅓ cup cornstarch
-continue to stir until thick-
-place in freezer for 30 minutes-
1 egg
½ cup milk
-place in hot oil for 3-4 minutes-

To make it keto, sub sugar for erythritol or any natural sweetener; soaked chia seeds, instead of corn starch.
