I have been using the candle/icecube/Ephrem's cutting method and I keep getting small perpendicular fractures descending away from the score. I wonder why. This method looks faster and cleaner. It takes me like 15 minutes to do one using the Ephrems method.
I thought I read somewhere that when sanding bottle to place sandpaper in small amount of water in bottom of small container and then twist your bottle around to sand down. I see in your video you are just using dry sandpaper. What is best/preferred method?
Thanks man ✌🏽

I would have appreciated some actual temperatures. Okay boiling I get, but how cold should the cold water be?
might be late but for anyone else looking id recommend around 200F and 45F for the water
HomePro instructions say recommended hot water 200 F or 88 C and cold water recommended is 45 F or 7 C.
