My family and I just came back from a 2 week trip that included 5 days in Switzerland and I completely agree that it's the most beautiful place on earth!!! Such an awe inspiring place!!!!!!! When we were there we stayed in Wengen and we explored a lot of the same places you guys did. We also got to see the end of summer ceremonial cattle drive down through the village, which was super super cool!!! I literally cried when we left🐄
Oh my goodness!!! I love Switzerland sooooo much!!! So happy for you that you got to go with the love of your life and see God’s beautiful creation!!❤️🩷 I pray I can do that too one day😁🩷
Really ENJOYABLE video!! I felt that I was having the adventure along with you. 👍🇨🇭❤ The flower shots are nice, including the close up. Thanks for sharing. Love your ZEST for life!!
Your uplifting mood is contagious 😊. Beautiful pictures. Very good itinerary for this short trip. I am familiar with each spot, as I am blessed to live here. I am glad you enjoyed it. Great video!
A great video thank you. As a born swiss i used to live in Indiana for years. After my return to Interlaken sometimes i was not sure if my desicion was right. After waching your video, a big YES, Thanks!
Your enthusiasm is addictive. Glad you liked the country and didn't moan about the high prices every 3 minutes like other YTs do. Bring your family with kids next time!
Hello from a fellow former Tri-Citizen who is currently living in Switzerland (Geneva). Glad you enjoyed your time here. It was really hot last summer. Zermatt is really expensive but for a touristy ski/mountaineering town it is a good time. If you're into hiking I'd recommend the Walker's Haute route if you have a couple weeks someday.
I proposed to my now wife in 2006 at the New Years Eve fireworks show in Zurich and we visited Lucerne, Interlaken, Rheinfalls. Loved it. Taking our daughter next year. Btw, it’s the unwritten rule to be quiet on trams and trains.
Hello , love this vlog! Could you let us know what time if the year you traveled , if you had used any kind of Swiss pass to travel on train and what’s the total duration of your trip? Thank s
Thanks for sharing your beautiful experience in Switzerland! I’m considering visiting Zurich next year, so I’m curious about some things. You may already have these planned to talk about on your next video, but which hotel did you stay at in Zurich? Did you use a travel agency and if so which one? How was your experience dealing with the local currency there? What were the necessary travel documents to enter Switzerland? Thanks!
Hi Nicole, may I know where can I get the link to your itinerary in Switzerland? I tried to find it in your blog but couldn't find it. Thanks in advance! 😊🙏🏻
I love all your shots of flowers, we plant them every where, in anything. 1 of our mottos is plant a garden, not a lawn. AND only take water from spout not basin, as we wash our dogs, kids etc in there. Lol Hallo from. Flüelen, Uri 🇨🇭
Top of Europe is not actually the tallest mountain, far from it. Plenty of mountains in Switzerland are taller. It's just a name concept for tourists. Also way too expensive for what it is. Matterhorn Glacier Paradise is a much superior attraction I think.
I hope my fellow citizens treated you well and that you both felt safe and welcomed everywhere. Next time you're coming back, try Geneva and Lausanne, Gruyère, Berne, the Jura mountains, Basle-City and Ticino. You'll see different landscapes, will try amazing new feed and will enjoy full cultural and history sites.
I have the same itinerary as you. I will land in Zurich and fly out from Geneva. I'll stay in Lauterbrunnen too. I will consider staying in Montreux rather than Lausanne. The accommodation in Lausanne is crazy expensive in November. :( Travelling solo.
Hi Nicole! Would you mind sharing your itinerary? We r going to Switzerland on Oct and sample itineraries can help me start make our own. Thank you in advance :)
Yeah not too bad 😅 For some reason I keep watching these vids of my own country even though Ive been to these places myself. The reactions are just hilarious...
Amazing video and production. The narration could be a bit better and less OMG. I felt like I was watching Chris Watts being undermined by his wife in the video. I digress; Amazing video.
I have officially added Switzerland onto my bucket list. It’s so beautiful
Me too!!
Same!!!

I looove this vlog, especially the fact that it is long
Thank you so much for the beautiful detail shots;) Switzerland is so insanely beautiful!!
You can drink water from everywhere in Switzerland. If you can't, there will be a sign 😊
But take only from the spout because people wash their dogs and kids etc in pond part. I live in Flüelen, the Pearl of Switzerland
@@engegiger Haha yes, that's very true 😄
I been Switzerland before when I was younger and it was amazing and I really want to come back and you just make me want to come back even more
Oh my goodness!!! I love Switzerland sooooo much!!! So happy for you that you got to go with the love of your life and see God’s beautiful creation!!❤️🩷 I pray I can do that too one day😁🩷

Hallo from. Flüelen, Uri 🇨🇭
Nice Video, Nicole! Longer than most videos. But, it was worth seeing.
You should've taken the Panoramic Express during the day, because the lakes along this route look amazing when the sun is shining!
I proposed to my now wife in 2006 at the New Years Eve fireworks show in Zurich and we visited Lucerne, Interlaken, Rheinfalls. Loved it. Taking our daughter next year. Btw, it’s the unwritten rule to be quiet on trams and trains.

Did you put your itinerary and hotels etc somewhere?

Watch out for filming faces. Its not allowed in Switzerland. You can get sued for that.
