Good morning hope all is well within..How comes you don't talk about appointment letter in your video, because without the appointment letter you can't do your interview until you receive your appointment letter, which would tells you which documents you needed for your interview..My case has been ready since July, but am still waiting for the appointment letter because I need to take the letter for my medical exam appointment..it would be appreciated if you talk a little more about appointment letter..Thanks for all you do and your video helps a lot..iam a K1 visa applicant.
@@usimmigrationhelp7335 I have watched the video and I understood the process, but you can't proceed further without the appointment letter from the consulate/Embassy, because the medical exams doctor may need that letter to proceed with the exam..So my case is in ready stage so am waiting for my appointment letter before I can proceed with my DS 160,medical exam, and set up an interview date..Without that letter you won't even grant an interview, because that is what they would first asked for on your interview date.
My husband is in Ghana 🇬🇭, our priority date is November 8,2022, he was DQ’D December 14,2023 we still don’t have an interview date nor do we know what priority date their on please help us to know when to expect his interview date 📅
When Islamabad embarked resume immigrant and non immigrant visa services ? My case was still at nvc I already got case no and invoice id , nvc hold my case untill they resume there service ?when embassy start it processing kindly figured it out 😢

Hi Sir, Could you help me with all the documents that USCIS needed for my foreign spouse form I-824 because they just sent me a letter today for more evidence with no specifications of evidence. See what I sent them 1-Her birth certificate ( French and English ) 2-Her I-130 petition approval 3-My first termination of marriage proof( divorce French and English) 4-Our new marriage certificate ( French and English) 5- My US citizen birth certificate Now, they ask for more evidence. Could you list all the documents that I need to complete these? Please 🙏 . NB: I submitted the same documents for my kids, but they approved the kids. I am asking for help. Thanks!
I sent a public inquiry , I got my invoice number and case number I fill out the DS-160 but I don’t think it’s going to be easy for me to get farther with the visa process. My status visa is still at the NVC.

He must take same documents you submitted to nvc . Also gave him 2023 w2 and tax transcripts in case they ask for it
