Hi sir, I have been selected for the DV Program 2025 from Iran with case number about 2025AS00001600, and I have chosen the Abu Dhabi embassy for my interview appointment. Recently, I have contacted KCC several times to inquire about the status of my DS-260 form. In response to my status inquiry emails, I was informed that my interview date has not yet been scheduled and that I should wait for the invitation email from the embassy. However, I am aware that case numbers higher than mine (like 1900 or 2000 or 2400) have already received their interview dates with inquiry emails from KCC, which are also from my country and the same embassy, which they submitted their DS-260 forms after me. My question is; what is the reason for this Irregularity? Doesn't the embassy schedule interview dates according to the order and sequence of case numbers? Has the process for scheduling DV appointments changed? What is the rule and order for scheduling interview dates after case numbers become current? Thank you for your assistance
Hey Simon, since the US elections are around the corner, do you think this might be the cause for the delay of they DV 2025 2nls? Are you able to advice referencing to the last time the US had elections?

What are the processes for the principal applicant who got the green card through status change, apply for “ follow to join for his derivatives in August 2024 but wrongly address it to CBP instead of USCIS and upon a follow up was informed by CBP on October 2024 that USCIS has advised that the application fee of USD 590 be refunded to the applicant for him to send his application to the right USCIS address given at USCIS website. What do you advise me to do. Am I still qualified for the follow to join? If not, what process should I use to move my derivatives?
I only answer DV lottery questions, so my perspective is that an FTJ case from August has lost their chance because the FTJ had to have been finished by September 30th, 2024 for a DV2024 case.
You're right, 2NLs for every geographical region. The 2nls will be sent depending on the range of the individual case ID, submission time of the DS-260 and whether it has been processed or not.

I have had normal primary and secondary education upon the certification exam called CAP (and equivalent of at least 4years , in the Cameroon system of education ) . However circumstances couldn't permit continuation to earn a high school diploma . So later i enrolled in a vocational training institute and completed a two years course in hair beautician and aesthetics which since then . I also traveled around April to UAE for same job before the publication of the dv2025 results . My question is 1)will I have a chance with this training background and work experience considering the criteria for qualification ? 2) what would be the necessary justification to proof my work experience. 3)my interview in Yaounde .will i also be needing a police clearance here from the UAe given that i have been here since April . Thank you in advance .

Hi Sir, thanks for the update... am a dv2025 selectee and i submitted my ds260 since may and am current for October I sent kcc an email some days ago if my form has been processed......they said this "Thank you for your inquiry. Your forms have been received and are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing"
@@alihusseinmohamud850 that's the answer. The response might be automated but it is the right answer. You don't even need to contact KCC if you got a low case number and your DS-260 was submitted successfully
Hi Britt Simon I’m DV24 winner from Africa I did my interview last week and the consular officer gave me the white paper 221G and kept my passport and he said my case need further processing but when I check my visa status it says Ready. How can someone be in Ready status after the interview? Regards

And I sent an email to KCC last week, and in response, they said not to send messages again and to follow up through the website. Do you know the reason for not being invited this year?

Just be preparing your stuff cause you will travel much sooner than you think.very low case number
