In setting up the payment area, I could only see the default payment option which you said we should not use as a Nigerian. The other naira option is missing. What do I do??
Cancel and open it again though if you have already accepted the post paid payment method before, you can't use prepaid on same ad account instead create a prepaid Ad account on same Facebook account

You are welcome. You can use desktop site on your phone and login your Facebook account to access ads manager on web..... The phone app won't give you that feature
