That is because your Ad account is in post paid payment method. In that case, you can use virtual Dollar card or Domiciliary Dollar card to settle the debt

1) my pages (Facebook and Instagram pages) are all linked to my WhatsApp business , but in the meta ads manager they're only showing me messenger, but what i want is WhatsApp cause that's where my products are.
Note : i choose Sales objective.
2) After setting my ads, and published it, they said i need to set metrics before my ads will run, and they start bringing somethings that i don't even know which one to choose. Pls am really confused in that aspect.
