It's about hypocritically achieving supremacy as they did with the original religion and introduced system favouring their supremacy. Ambedkar offcourse knew this. He understand the constitutional parliamentary system well. So he designed the constitution to give "strategic" position to his community and maintain equality for all. This offcourse was not bearable to the sanghi then and even not now. So, They brainwash their children to continue this hypocrisy, this is why they also don't want them to go deeper into religious truths and when some attains education like Nehru did, sanghis disown them.
