Im trying to learn how to time the ball for open stance 1hbh; I understand that the contact point is 2ft in front of me but it is kind of hard feeding myself balls
Great explanation for all key points. I was never sure if I should be using wrist to assist with topspin. Now I know it’s ok to do that. Contact point also a great help
Timing is part visual and part coordination. Check out my webclass and it will explain more and help you work out what is going on www.tennishacker.net/play-better-tennis

"more efficient -> less effort -> more controlled -> more consistent"
Thats why we should learn how to hit the ball with our body efficiently
Yep. It’s all about timing. Using the body efficiently and making contact in the optimal position relative to your kinetic chain.
2:53 external rotation to get topspin
