Why do you think you are struggling with the one hander?

Im trying to learn how to time the ball for open stance 1hbh; I understand that the contact point is 2ft in front of me but it is kind of hard feeding myself balls

because I somehow can't figure out where that ball is coming to AND have correct footwork/Body rotation AT THE SAME TIME : (

Great explanation for all key points. I was never sure if I should be using wrist to assist with topspin. Now I know it’s ok to do that. Contact point also a great help

"more efficient -> less effort -> more controlled -> more consistent"
Thats why we should learn how to hit the ball with our body efficiently

Yep. It’s all about timing. Using the body efficiently and making contact in the optimal position relative to your kinetic chain.
