If you want to travel into Iowa, here's a small list of towns with skateparks and approximate drive time from Hannibal. Keokuk ~1Hr, Fort Madison ~1.5 Hr, Burlington ~ 1.5Hr, Fairfield ~2Hr, Washington ~2Hr, Iowa City ~2.5Hr, Muscatine ~2.5Hr, Cedar Rapids ~2.5Hr, and Davenport ~3Hr.
I don't get to South East Iowa often, so I can only vouch for a few of those parks. Fairfield is a fun little park. Iowa City is a late 90s/early 00s cement park. Cedar Rapids is a pretty large new park.

I feel your pain.. im so burnt out on the hannibal park.. the street is dog poo too, and most the parks in the surrounding areas aren't worth the drive. I did just skate westhoff for the first time a couple months ago. Not tooo shabby! Will definitely be going back.
