Oh my goodness, this was divine! I love how YT recommends 'random' videos of yours to me when they're exactly what I need. I haven't done yoga properly in a good few days. So my neck has been feeling stiff and my muscles are sore from the gym. I just got lost in this blissful practice after a cup of cacao, a microdose and some journaling. My body now feels alive, relaxed and so nourished on this Sunday morning. Gonna do some meditation and art today with a clearer head and heart. Thank you!!
