    A belt sander works with an old metal feather straight clamp like Bitzenburger

    Jo Jan straight clamp holds them pretty well. I use that and grind them on a belt sander.

    Super cool! I've been asking around for wings lately so I can try it. Just a thought, what if you used the chopper to cut the cardboard? I understand it may be harsh on the blades and dull them a bit.
