As good as the stage production is, let's not forget that the video production team for Q-Dance is just as good. To put out a production like this only three days after the festival is over is mindblowing to me. They don't get enough credit.

I am here thinking something similar... 2017 was my first defqon... and it is going to be forever something special...This year I think they did something dificult to understand in the moment. They bet for the future giving the space to a new DJ. We need new generations coming and playing music alongside with the oldglories it is the only way to survive.... And for godsake it is beautufil to see ppl from different generations partying together !

This was seriously one of the best experiences I've had in my life. The feeling to be in this massive crowd of fans of the harder styles, all moving along with the beats while having the intense bass roar over the whole field kneading the bodies of each and everyone. I can't even put to words what I thought throughout the weekend. I was so amazed that sometimes I just stood infront of one of the stages and thought how lucky I am to be there. Thank you Q-Dance for making this festival. It was an honor to participate and I'll be glad to return!

No. 2013's endshow is by far one of the best ones. the lights, lazers and fireqorks where spot on to the music. though 2016 had a really awesome burst with gravity by ANDY SAVGE. This year's is good. Nothing like 2013 but leaps and bounds better than 2014. (I dispise the 2014 main stage, it is not what defqon.1 is about.)

This is by far the best closing ceremony out of all Defqon closing ceremonies. I love all the fireworks, the music, and the stage. The fireworks were amazing. The songs represent Defqon and the festival itself, and the stage is super cool. Overall I would rate this closing ceremony a 99.5/100. I took off half a point because of the firework mishaps but other than that it was amazing

I went to dance4liberation festival in Zwolle, The Netherlands, last month. It was an amazing experience with some of the best Hardstyle dj's like Coone, Brennan Heart, Code Black, Frequencerz and Wildstylez, but Defqon will be much better!

Till today this is the best endshow incl. mainstage I´ve ever seen in my opinion. I easily watched it over 100 times now since it released and I still can´t handle the goosebumps and emotions. Fck I wish I could see this show once in my life.
The part at 14:15. How they just left us hanging on "just be". It's these minor touches that leave a deep and memorable impression. It's these things that have made Defqon.1 excel beyond just a festival, but a memorable experience. Thank you

yeah i agree. I mean its actually just "seconds" untill the next track starts but it fellt like a bunch of minutes in person

He worked together with different Hardstyle producers and i think he learned enought to make good hardstyle track by himself
