How refreshing a womenadvising you about the draw of on O.E ICE. In the Corona virus all the people I have seen walking down the wrong way one way system have all been women! I too being a women noted this just before all you haters and misandrogenists noted the greatest transgressors of going down one way systems, and not adhering or having techincal ability are the sisters!
thank you for having answered and for the code please I disassembled and connected the file after it asks me for an access code which I do not have !! is there a manipulation to get the code? thank you in advance
At around 13 minute mark when you was testing the current draw......I believe this must be done after some time, maybe 30 minutes or so. I’m told that some things take time to completely disarm and eliminate current draw
That is true, I know some things take longer to fully shut down, I think there is a pause in the video but I may have forgot to comment on it. The stereo should be shut down in 5 to 10mins I believe
I recently uppgrade my stereo on a vw golf 2008 to rcd360 plus. Everything works fine the first time it get installed but when I turn the car off and on again after a few hours, there is no picture but a blue screen and sound. what do you think is the problem?
Hi did you find a solution for the battery drainage? Iv just recently upgraded my head unit in my vw passat to the rns 315, iv had the AA out twice this week lol, only just realised its the head unit
You will have a flat battery after a couple of days. No way will your car start with a battery that's almost flat. The standby current should be around 3mA. Did you ever get this sorted? I have the same issue with a RCD310 in a 2004 Mk5 Golf.
Yes - part to showed what we did, we've never had a flat battery and left the car for 7 days in an airport car park. So no problems with the fix shown in the part 2
Or use the high quailty sound output from this german designed head unit. The audio quailty from these vw units is matched. Simply cut and solder 2 wires. Problem solved...
@@caraudiosolutions its the same. All the same components. Everything in the VW is stamped Audi. Ive only owned 3 Audi and 2 VW so maybe I've not enough experience to comment ;)
Nice to see a woman in a video like this. Super! Also thanks, I try to do it right now, In my Golf 5 dash. Greetz from holland.

not being funny but you want to check the stamp on that knife! If its what I think it might be it sterling silver and worth a lot!
Yea, I think that one is stainless steel with a bone or deer antler handle. We have loads, but also have some with silver blades too.
Where is the second part video? Have exactly the same problem.
Yes need to see 2nd part please

This one does not have Bluetooth. But you can buy additional module for it.. we use the 3.5mm aux in cable
If I drive my car everyday doesn’t sit longer than a day will my battery run flat? If i have the battery drain problem

@@DanSohan if you think VW's have quality audio then you know nothing about quality.
Listen to the sound in a Audi.

@@DanSohan O ok, i guess if want quality over quantity then this is ideal.
Most my customers want quantity :).
@@DanSohan I've watched part 2, I've learnt alot even though I've been fitting stereos for ovet 25 years:).
