I have struggled with this deck because it is so different from the RWS system. But on the other hand the historical value and the fact that this came just a few years before the new Tarot standard was created in 1909. After your unboxing and an honest review I had book and deck to be ordered too! 🙈😍
A deck I don’t see out there but I love and her jewelry as well is the Maria Nilsdotter tarot deck. Im happy you’re so happy!! I have some sour grapes over the kickstarter. And Im low maintenance and they managed put me right off SA
I am pleased you managed to get this, I feel that it’s a special deck and quite important in terms of history. This is why I felt that I had to have it and especially with Austin Osman Spare’s connections with the Golden Dawn, I love anything to do with occult history 🥰 I haven’t done a walkthrough of mine, I was waiting to get the other books but not sure if there would be a need for another video 🤔 Great walkthrough and the set is lovely 😍❤️

Oh gosh, this is a massive temptation as a window on early C20th occultism alone. You can really see how things we think of as 'fixed' were being played around with by different seekers. Thanks for a fascinating walkthrough.
I love this deck and set so much. They really did a wonderful job with the books. Some day I'll get around to reviewing it on my channel but it is absolutely a cornerstone in Tarot history for certain!
Austin Osman Spare is considered an influence to many who practice chaos magick…certainly an inspiration. His ‘Book of Pleasure’ is considered a must read by some. This deck interests me particularly with the idea of members of the Golden Dawn being told to go and create their own deck. How many decks are out there created by members of the Golden Dawn that may never be seen by the eyes of us non initiated. Very intriguing. This looks like such an interesting deck. I’ve just banned myself from buying any decks or witchy books till September. If there’s still some left in August I wonder if I can let myself off by calling it a ‘historically important’ purchase 😇
