You know so much about Fukuoka ramen! Shin Shin went there at this time but unfortunately I didn't take a video. It was very good and I would like to review it if I get a chance.

Wow they only pay 1200 yen/hr? And apparently that's above minimum in Japan, what are wages like there vs cost of living? In the US it's really hard to live even on ~2000 yen/hour. ($15 USD) at 40 hrs/week.

一蘭行ったことはないのですが、店内はかなりプライベートな空間を大切にされてるようですね〜

普通のとんこつラーメンに比べて、釜だれとんこつラーメンはスープの味が濃厚なのとチャーシューが分厚くてリッチなものになっていました!
