Is it a tonkotsu broth? Kaedama is a extra of ramen? Are there forks there for those who don't know how to use chopsticks? I would like to have Ichiran here in Spain. One hug from Spain. I love your videos

Some have tonkatsu some use pork free. Kaedama is a noodle refill and they have forks, but i have known ppl to bring their own
