    Back when I was in the Air Force 1980. We had a guy from Ohio bring back Little Kings cream ale when he when home. There was not enough room for one more bottle in the car when he got back to base. Hard to find now here in Mn. The chicken looks great.

    Simply amazing yardbird, Sal. You showed some restraint, too. Were it me, I'd probably say something like "Forget Henrietta, I'm gonna devour ths stuffing right here on camera". But stuffed inside her, that stuff is the stuff of legend!

  • @MichaelsHomeCooking
    @MichaelsHomeCooking 7 лет назад +1

    That does look excellent, very nice! I bet you could get some round magnets that are thin and slightly bendable even from Home Depot to cover those holes so that you do not have to put the bars into the PBC.

    • @oren5230
      @oren5230 7 лет назад +1

      Don't have a PBC, but from reading the bars are supposed to be used to maintain even air flow -- for the "set it and forget" cooking.

    • @rootboycooks
      @rootboycooks  7 лет назад

      You are right Michael, I could use magnets to partially cover the holes and not have to hide the food! Thanks for the idea! Rock On!

    I came across this recipe looking for a good Smoked Stuffed Chicken recipe and this looks pretty down home to me. The only thing I plan to do different is mix up a roux for the chicken drippings to make a gravy.

    Hello Henrietta Beaudreux! Love to see you prepped and cooked! Oh the trinity looked good and with Tango Joe, hell yeah! Henrietta is just wanting Tango Joe.....just wanting. Oh that sausage looks perfect for the stuffing. That cooking at 4:47 looked fantastic! Henrietta sounds like such a "Henrietta" ....good stuffing sequence. Oh she looked so sexy stuffed as you put the olive oil over her. In the pit barrel cooker with sausages too! Wow! For the love of Gawd, that baby Mrs Henrietta turned out fantasticus! great snapping martha or whatever you said, Sal. Awesome chicken for sure! AY Ay Ay....really good!
