Fear & Hunger is a rogue-like horror JRPG that uses the classic turn-based strategic dismemberment combat system. It has countless secrets, randomized events to give players a new experience each time, included with original soundtracks inspired by the works of Akira Yamaoka.
Fear & Hunger has hours of unforgettable gameplay with diverse character classes and many more different characters to meet and play with. Your fate will be destined with the following action. . . Head, or Tails? Call it and don't forget it was your choice to begin with.
While the gameplay mechanics and art, as well as the previously mentioned songs inspire people to try out the game day and night, what keeps making people come back to the series is the insane amount of replayability, either due to a different starting character or a different build that will increase your strength early game while having a few difficult spikes near the late game obstacles.
It is no surprise that knowledge is what carries a player forward throughout the playthrough, Thus, the more knowledge one has over the many enemies they'll be facing the easier it is going to be to see such things as but easy challenges to the point of not even saving throughout an entire run.
The amount of knowledge that both games (Fear and hunger - Fear and hunger 2 : Termina) provide to the player will get stuck to the player's brain, resulting in not being able to go back to a state where they didn't know how to tackle situations. This is both beneficial and a weakness from the game as once you properly know how to tackle, for example: a Prison Guard then you will not have the benefit of figuring out their puzzle fight.
Every single monster is a puzzle and it's up to the player to blindly figure it out to the answer.
Prison Guard Battle:
The question will still remain in the players. . . Which limb to remove first?
Is it the arm? (Is the Prison Guard going to be grabbing me in the first turn?)
Is it the arm with the knife? (Is it going to cut my arm or is he going to do it in the 2nd turn?)
Is the stinger the actual threat? (Maybe it's not there for decoration and it has a purpose to it?)
Once you figure out how to properly defeat such enemies, you will be able to push yourself forward more and more, to even learning how to evade them without having to get into a fight with a single enemy in your playthrough.

Marco, Olivia, marina и другие. Очень хочется посмотреть классное прохождение за других персонажей за разные концовки (a, b). Спасибо, жду с нетерпением новых maso забегов за других персонажей и других концовок :)
Thank you so much for the comment (I had to use Google Translate to understand it, I hope google did a good job). There probably will be more Maso Speedruns, however, I'm always looking forward to rivals who are going to try and throne me down! I have to say though, that I've spammed O'saa Speedruns so much in Maso that I might need a break from it. But, Marina can EASILY beat this time that I got and get a quicker time, maybe someday I'll showcase it, I just don't want to crush the competition. I have other runs from the other endings A B C in Normal mode and I'm currently the World Record holder of all of them over Speedrun.com
honestly the most difficult part of Ending A on maso mode for me is getting to tunnel 1 i always get moonscorched

If it's not too much trouble, would you mind sharing what items you start with from character history for this run? Don't have to list off the choices besides affinity, if you wouldn't mind, I really like osaa but his intro can be a bit overwhelming with what to take or not to take, you made a handy guide for the text adventure but was just curious for this one
I have a guide of O'saa called "Simplified O'saa Text Adventure" I list there on what I go through for the WHOLE TEXT ADVENTURE, it's one of my many recent videos I have. Other than that, as in character choices you can have I went: Chac Chac, Meditation, La Danse, Condensed Lavender.

Hey! Nice run! Just one request please, if that's not hard, can you not end the video after we'll see survived characters? Just always curious who is surviving in this type of runs, but the video are usually ends on the ending screen :(
I'll try to remember next time I record.

@@ADarkRaccoon Oh, I thought they are. Or if the character was moonscorched, does it mean that he is basically already dead?
@@wevran5781 Moonscorched means that they are attacked from Rher, the moon from above. They turn into their monster self when that happens in Maso, thus. . .Game Over

Yes it does, I just did AN INSANE AMOUNT OF DMG. As I had 3 Chac Chac and 1 Death Mask
