I just hired my first assistant and struggling to outline her tasks. I'm doing an average of $15M a year. Do you have a resource we could refer to? She works 30 hours a week and averages $1000 in closing bonuses a month. Any advice?
What was the point of having a successful realtor on here if you didn’t even touch base on his business. How did he get from 7 to over 200 transactions? What were his income producing activities? What was his schedule, what didn’t work for him, etc… such a weak interview.
