@jasonJosephlee I just join this channel and just made an account on bigger pockets a week ago. Is there an email or contact information? I reside in the LA county and I think my little small business will do better well with investing in real estate because my father does construction and so does my brother, so means free labor . I just want someone that can help me and guide me a bit
Thank you for Bringing Jason Lee I am in similar situation I am still in University age 24 was playing rugby had aspirations to play but i had to stop as well. and its only beginning of last year i started rechanneling my mental space to business and hearing other guys who have walked a similar walk is great inspiration thank you bigger pockets.
That was a lot of cold calls. Experiencing the rejection in real estate can definitely leave you wondering if it’s the right thing to be doing. I can definitely relate. Hanging in there.
@@SBB123 I know Jason, he's a high volume broker. He made a lot income selling apartments. In San Diego, if you're a grinder, you can make $400k a year pretty easily in brokerage. This enables you to invest. Also, it's not luck if you make 3000 cold calls and raise equity through that work. Luck is being born into wealth.
Your insights into networking, investing and the importance of a strong support system are incredibly valuable for anyone looking to enter the real estate market, thank you for sharing!
How did he afford multiple projects, did he buy w a bank, seller finance et? Did he refinance to get his cash back? Would love a little deeper dive. Still good though
Whoa, this is exactly me too! Just moved to American canyon last week from SD. Not by choice either, cost of living had us move back with my in laws. I want to move back to SD so badly. So I’m trying to learn this so I can finally move back. The most sincere good luck to you my friend 🙏🏽
Organic chemistry was one of the things that talked me right out of mech engineering lol But I loved geometry. Hated trig and calc I felt that hairline joke 😣

After dozens of episodes that felt like commercials, this one was good. As was the recent episode with the married couple doing creative finance

How did he go from making nothing to potentially putting down 140k plus renovations to buy the duplex?
I had made a significant amount of money selling properties

David hates my state😭😭
But we have pizza hut, white castle, aircraft, and the wizard of oz🤌🏼😂😂
Calling the children of the recently deceased to see if they are selling the property is slimy, though. Speaking from personal experience, Dev P. 🧐
I can see where you're coming from but a lot of times the kids panic and don't know what to do and welcome a call.
Its not slimy when they WANT To Sell. We Don't force anyone to sell... We catch people at the right time. Not a great mindset to have
Yes so let the foreclose on the property that’s better for them
8 concussions by the time he was 20 is crazy
Yep. I’ve always heard After 3 there is some bad brain effects
incredible story. thank you for sharing. very impressive to see this done in a short amount of time.

Everything happened in your lives with a reason, and you can't take away a serious factor that helped you is your LUCK.

Well done. Buikding that pipeline is key.
You must be cautious of dealing with Paco and Rocco contractors….they must be vetted thoroughly…..

How did he get his seed money 💴? Was it just great credit ? Or did he get an FHA loan? David let him off the hook 🪝 😡👎🏾
