Fortunately, I grew up before the internet was a thing. As an older man, I simply use the Internet to get information on things. I do not live my life through it. Unplug, get outside. The world is huge and diverse. You can travel on the cheap. You have no idea how valuable your youth is until it is gone. Put your life in a backpack, Stay at youth hostels. You can get inexpensive passage on cargo ships. Today, you have the advantage of easy communication with any language through your handheld devices. Experience other cultures. For the love of the God that made you get out of your box and find yourself.
I am 27 years old and I came to Germany for my Master studies. Since I came here, respectively 7 month’s ago, I have problems to flirt with a girl, or try to enter in a conversation. This all hapens beucause of the emotions and the lack of self confidence. This makes me feel very bad! To attain immense or supreme confidence, u need to win. U should keep winning....like, u should have a winning streak. It's okay to lose, but not more than once. Now the question is "how do u keep winning?". I suggest u a video, " Kings court theory by improvement pill".
