Isn't the whole point of turn signals, to signal *before* you make your turn. Automatic turn signals are a useless gimmick. And if the lights are near the ground, they aren't very visible anyway.
Personally, I wouldn't consider the automatic lights to be turn-signals. Turn-signals are supposed to indicate what you're *going* to do rather than what you're actually doing. Don't get me wrong, I think they look cool.
I'm enjoying my L9...it's a little tank, very sturdy, it glides up hills, handles dirt trails, and has a great range. Something you guys didn't compare was hill-climbing, which I believe has been compared on other videos...the L9 being superior. Nice video Jimmy!
Hey Josh, can you provide some updates regarding your L9? Especially about its ability to climb hills, that forward-mounted motor wheel worries me a bit
@@SeptimusAugustus Yeah, sure. I'm not exactly sure what your worries are regarding the motor wheel, but I haven't had any problems climbing hills at all. Most of the trails and paths I have been on are PAVED...with concrete, brick, asphalt or? The L-9 climbs those easily as advertised. But the L-9 can handle dirt paths and trails that aren't too steep, sandy or full of holes and ruts. It can lose traction in gravel, loose dirt or sand. It won't climb well in those conditions, because it's not a true off-road scooter...just more versatile than most, with decent suspension.

Another great video, with Andrew again. Love when you guys review scooters. Jimmy n Andrew, would you guys agree that these scooter are a little on the heavy side for a commuter? If you need to carry these up stairs a lot or onto trains or buses it could get tiring.
Hi Antt, thanks for the kind words! This is definitely on the heavy side for a commuter scooter. Since I have high powered scooters along with commuter scooters, I find this very light compared to the 100 lb Kaabo Wolf. However, for the traditional consumer I do think this is on the heavier side. The weight is distributed well that if you bend your knees and grab the center, the 50lbs isn't too bad. But you are absolutely correct that there are a lot of lighter options. The fluid Freeride horizon and Turbowheel Swift are nice and light, but their platforms are much smaller and smaller tires. If you can out it in a garage, this a great choice. If you have to lug it up stairs and into buses/trains you may want to choose a lighter option.

Hi Jimmy, first of all good video I see you from Peru. I have a query comparing those two models. According to the technical specifications, the L9 is superior to the Ninebot Max highlighting the motor battery and the autonomy it offers. And according to Inmotion Global the L9 reaches up to 59 miles (95km) of autonomy under strict considerations, it is obvious that a rider will never have that achievement, but at least it should reach 43 miles (70km), don't you think? Also, in other reviews and in a previous one of yours, I have seen that the L9 reaches up to 31 miles (49km) which, in my opinion, is bad since that route is a little more than what a Ninebot Max offers. Could you offer us one more video of an autonomy comparison between these two models of your video? Greetings.
Hello Gabriel. I own an L9 and wanted to comment about the battery range. I have had no problem getting between 35 and 40 miles in "Drive" mode...the middle speed. I have no doubt I could get over 40 in "Eco" mode. There are a few videos here on RUclips that claim greater than 35 miles in the faster modes as well. Cold temperatures seem to reduce a battery's range. Heavier riders also reduce it, and climbing hills. InMotion's 59 mile range was achieved with a lighter rider, in "Eco" mode on level ground. Temperatures were around 78 degrees fahrenheit or so. If you are riding in the cold, and climbing hills, I don't think the L9 would reach 43 miles. If the temperatures are mild, and just a few hills, the L9 would probably reach 43 miles...in "Eco" mode. Hope this helps. Cheers!

L9 bad scooter not durable.... Lot of repairs... No spear parts.. Ninebot G30 MAX BEST OF BEST. because I'm daily user ninebot over 9 months total 9548 km
I've had my L9 for months...and it has been sturdy, reliable with no mechanical or structural failure at all. The L9 is a little tank. The idea that it is not durable is ridiculous. I wouldn't trust the Ninebot crowd's to be fair and impartial... because the L9 is the Ninebot's main competitor at this price mark.
I’ve had my Inmotion l9 for about a year now! Had absolutely no problems with it, ridden over 250+ miles and is very sturdy and durable. The l9 also had better climbing ability. I’ve ridden my mates max g30 and the inmotion l9 100% has faster acceleration and also has suspension which the max g30 lacks!
If you mean the Emove Cruiser, it's in higher price category. I was going to purchase the Emove Touring, but several people warned me away from it...to many problems and failures with brakes and suspension. I was disappointed, but fortunately found the L9 which has been flawless. A few people claim to have problems with the Cruiser btw...stuff coming loose etc.
