INMOTION just released the Climber, a dual-motor scooter that resembles a Ninebot Max on steroids. Equipped with dual motors, the Climber can charge up steep inclines where the Ninebot Max crawled up them.
With its sleek and simplistic design, vibrant orange accents, and a range of budget-friendly options, the INMOTION Climber stands out as an attractive choice for those looking to purchase an electric scooter.
In this video, we unbox, set up, test the scooter on various terrains, and tell you what we love and hate about the INMOTION Climber.

Love your reviews, Straight to the point and honest.
Appreciate you!
I love your guys reviews ❤ thanks for all the great reviews I just got a ES 80 scooter as my first but sometime maybe I’ll move up .. later
Another great video. Keep up the good work and advocacy for safety with PEVs.
My Max G2 was delivered today, pretty excited to take it for a ride as my first scooter.
Hope you enjoy it!
Where’d you buy from I have to wait till July 1st 😭
@@popjuicesmokwrld4667 Indiegogo as part of their launch special.
It's fun but when you're ready for power get a nami klima and you'll never look back. I sold my segway g2 when I got mine
It accelerates like a fricken telsa
Thank you for this review! I’ve been looking at this scooter
Hi guys thanks for the awesome video we just unboxed our 4 in-motion climbers that we ordered. all four of them we have logged on with the apps and in s mode can only go 16 mph is there an unlock after a certain amount of mileage? To get to the top speed of 24mph?
I have to test it myself. For efficiency would be good if the app allowed for dual or single motor. I had this on my Varla scooter.
You videos really make we wish to move back to Denver, family moved when I was 11
cool video - looks like we have the same problem with connecting the phone - been back and forth, but just asking what fix you got
should i get the yume y11+ or the solar eq electric scooter for getting to school?
Helpful and fun review! Regarding the App: is the App required to operate, like a remote key? This scooter would be my choice only if I control the operation.
Thanks for the review, i just received mine last week and I've notice acceleration from a standing start is very weak and power ramps up after about 6-7mph, is that the case with yours as well? I'm trying dictate if this is normal or I received a dud unit. Thanks!
Hey Andrew I was wondering what helmet are using I like the style let me know if you can and what size as well thanks!
How do you guys think it will do on a disc golf course? They are mainly grass, sometimes rocky. Would it leave "footprints"? Looking for something powerful but not too heavy in case I have to climb up some nasty steep holes with it in tow. Also doesn't need to go fast, it's mainly to save my knees.
Jimmy sporting the Predator Dh6-XG helmet in this video. 🥳👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great review! Which trail is this?
Thanks for the review! Plans to review the ninebot max g2?
Can it fit in the rivian gear tunnel?
I know you guys probably won’t see this but could you guys please possibly do a review on the “ RovoRon Kullter by mini motors pleaseee. I’m thinking about getting one I seen maybe two reviews on it but none mentioned the motor sizes or get in depth like you guys would so could you please review one.
My maike mk6 and mk8 both arrived today. Amazing price and great quality. Would you be interested in reviewing them?
Im hesitating between this one and the S1 inmotion anyone got recommendation please
4:36
Did they change their name or do they have a different channel?
Eunorau Flash e-bike triple Battery range of 220 miles they claim for its mid drive motor. The price is pretty decent between $3-4k. Looks like a good bike to be reviewed..
Can anyone recommend an air pump for this scooter? The one I have doesn’t fit the valve.
They're the same grips as on the ninebot max and earlier inmotions ;)
Hamburger style is fine, but a 10minute change is unrealistic without quick disconnects on the phases. You'll also be cursing them once you start pinching tubes between them or stripping out more than 1 bolt in that hub.
Z10X owner here, they should've stuck with the solid vacuum hubs and tubeless tyres, they last SO much longer than the tubed counterparts due to rider ignorance mostly.
Otherwise, looks like another inmotion banger, I've always loved working on their single motor stuff, they where a dream compared to the normal chinese box types I've had the pleasure of working with and even in comparison to ninebots and m365's.
Tjid one vs the ausom leopard?
How steep were the hills you went up?
very informative!
Tires must never have air inside... not reliable at all ! Where are the left-right blinking led lights ? Can the app limit to 25km/h (in my country, it's the max, normally 20 but the Police everywhere accept 25km/h). We have a law max 500W as well... Is that ok ?
Does it work without the app?
Looks like a great bargain. Does it have an alarm?
dope win last night in Denver.
Let's go!
Got an Air Pro on marketplace and i love it
My nephew has a 2 year old beater gotrax apex. It would a blessing if he can get this as an upgrade.
This is $650 and the Hiboy MAX Pro is $712 right now. Which would you recommend?
I wonder if the RS has these kinds of issues with the app?
Same app. App is actually quite good. Getting it connected and set up can be a pain.
My mines coming tomorrow be interesting to see hpw it goes
What air pump do you use with this?
Range?
Great specs and fair price but i need a seat and solid or honeycomb tires so it's a no go for me.
given what they do with EUCs would have expected much more for the weight. not very long range, slow top speed and honestly just way to heavy for what you are getting. for this price it should compete closer with the Solar P1 2.0 but... does not even come close msrp 1299 is the same and only 5 lbs less for so much less
So a scooter that can handle a fat guy and is affordable, I'm definitely interested.
I've been thinking of getting this scooter! But it seems better to just get a more powerful scooter that will tackle hills better, yet at the cost of weight and price. So this seems like a good middle ground.
so much to consider! I like how this one has the Orange!
Hey there little friendly advice. Get something with the highest voltage that you can afford. This one is 36 volt that is pretty low I have a 48 volt and a 72. the 48 volt really only has good feeling power for like 5 miles but it will go 15 to 20 miles. Higher the volts the more fun :}
@@jamesotjen6725 True! I used to have a 48 Volt (Mantis 8) but it got stolen 😭 So I'm looking to get a different one that's cheaper and lighter. But I'm trying to decide whether I want power or compactibility. The Climber's only about 10 pounds lighter and it doesn't have suspension so I might not get it. I liked the power of the Mantis so I might get a Vsett or Dualtron but I'd have to save up. I really just want something good at climbing hills which is why I considered the Climber but like i said, a more powerful scooter will climb hills even better.

Inmotion build this after considering many things, they decided to focus on, The BMS, dual Motors and a bit on the battery. inmotion is know for it's reliability .it is water resistant to a degree which s lot of the other vesset are not. Apollo City pro is a next best scooter with similar options (without suspension s) .
Inmotion climber is a poormans Nami klima
What’s the scooter? Do you recommend?
The scooter or the segway g2 max?? The climber is dual motor with no suspension, and g2 max has suspension but not dual motor...
Do you have to download app to operate scooter?
test the bydue A2
I have 500 miles on mine and the setup and activation were super easy for me didn't take 2 mins and I was out riding
What air pump do you use with this?
@ceetee206 in the bag with the extra innertubes it has an extension that u use to connect to a pump or compressor
Sounds comparable to a Mercane WideWheel Pro ?
i dont like mercane (bad experiences) but would rather it over this forsure.. more power looks way better imo
*I just want a hamburger now…* 🍔
🎯💯
Nice
Tubed tires on scooters are just a bad idea. You have the heat of the hub/motor warming up the rubber. Ive had my ninebot for 3 years and no flats. I wish more manufacturers would go the tubless route. If Apollo can get their crap together, I'd totally get a city pro.
No thanks only solid or honeycomb tires are acceptable to me. 10in air tires = flats
Apollo is full of young yet not well experienced stuff..etc!!!
Will take a few more years before they reach 90 % good.😮😢.
@@larryc1616Tubed tires should be BANNED.
Tubeless & solid tires is the way to go.👍💨👑🇨🇦
Perfect sleeper.
I wonder how this thing is after 6 months or a year? Customer service... parts, things like that.
Thanks

WEPED scooter Sonic X review please. :)
Yes I recommended liquid death
Just bought today after seeing $300 off plus 10% additional coupon, lol, almost half the price
Incredible! Tell me more!
⚡⚡⚡
Can you guys review the PHATMOTO® Mini XL Electric Scooter ? It has a 72v 50ah Panasonic battery with 10,000 watts 😅 for $3000 😮
The company behind that scooter is shady. They have fake reviews on the website.
@@khanrides I notice there sale timer restarts. Over & Over 😂
There’s a new competitor on the market for those double battery e-bikes out there. It’s called the Eunorau Flash launched as 220-mile triple battery e-bike. Maybe you’ll be bike this will grab your interest ? Price range is 3-4k
Nobody wants to die on a scooter
Armadillos? 3:55
do you NEED the app in order to use it?
Because if so, that's a strong fuck nope! from me
Ordered a brand new one of these directly from Inmotion. Received a used, dirty scooter in open box and no reply from them.
They made it right in Late July, it took about a month to get it all sorted. Absolutely incredible scooter, I live in a very hilly area and am heavy - this is the only scooter in my budget that actually climbs hills.
wanted to add, this is on sale right now $300.00 off coupon an for me an additional coupon $100 off one item, all in 650 with tax!
That’s sick! How’d you get the additional $100 off? And what website did you buy it on? Amazon?
@@rafaelgibson3130 yep applied the 300 off coupon then there was an additional promotion drop down for 100 more off, all in with tax i figure I can't beat it, just ordered some add on handlebar mirrors . handlebar add on extender, wireless blinker system and plan on a padded jacket due to Vegas drivers being idiots :)
No suspension..
That's why they use air filled tires for suspension but you'll get eventual flats🙄
tires popping is the worst part of scooter ownership. I have $2K heap of junk just sitting in the garage unused because I can't change a tuebless tire for the life of me
Have you tried a tire sealant like armordilloz?
@@freshlycharged yeah, it worked for a while then splat! it leaked everywhere. I should just try putting a full bottle in there!
Ugh I hear split hub and just see pinch flats forever
9 hours to CHARGE !!!! ???? 36 VOLTS ???? OMG WHATS GOING ON !!!!
no suspension is a no no and the battery,
lol that "tiger" lock is useless. someone could have stolen it before you got out of the washroom.. at least get a disc lock if you want something simple
And … it costs USD 175 …. 🙄🙄🙄 … seriously?
Deck to handlebars is always very important intel and so easily skipped by you guys.
These young low experienced guys should have a list of things to talk about!!! A proper review is a must!!!😢😢👎👎
But in 2023 to not hew suspension that is big im not ewen lucking it ,also tires with inertub is so terrible combination. When i use my scooter i must goo too one to anoter place if i can hawe buy somtning to prewent flets on rear tire and use suspension cos it is bumpy rouds and i ride its my first El.Scooter Vsett 8 and i both it at black friday for 850€ and i make 1200km with not one problem i must chsnge rear tire in this month cos it is full (i can ride it more but i like to haw normal maintenance) and this is fast for city ,and for hils but suspensions are big and emportant thing ,scooter will bee more rigid and more prone and harsh on tires. But they will lurn with next gen:).
Hi
6.13.23
Braindead choices made for this scooter which makes it a really hard buy, first why would they use tires with tubes? Tubeless tires are way better and more realiable, ive done 2500 miles on my g30 and never got a flat tire...Also no suspension? Since they want to make something better a simple suspension would make this scooter more interesting than the original g30 max, 36v battery is also quite a meh spec, i mean you want to go with double motor for climbing hills and still use that entry level battery.
Imho this scooter will hardly sell, the new max G2 is a way better buy due to double suspension and more range, it might not be a beast or climbing champion but it doesnt need to...
no suspension, it's not segway max on steroids. It's rather a stripped down version of segway max.
This is good deal for 700$. Range is poopy though.
How far do you get real world? I'm 230lb. I just ordered it. Only commute 5 miles round trip
I love my Inmotion V12HT, this scooter sucks :D
Requires phone.... Fail. Nothing else matters. Give me a key. No blue tooth, no wireless anything please.
u know what i notice .. that new z generation that can barely walk and on this e scoters disike fuel moped friends folowing them..a bit of hope..but than i see how much of this e scoters ..bateryes in pink colored lakes for selfies already in
Are you a non native English speaker or did you have a stroke while typing this?
the folding area is disgusting. my moms scooter broke and i was able to see what hold it together...ridiculous. this thing is a death trap.
do not buy this crap.
I like my g2 max, this looks like shit. No suspension..
You have 1 500w motor and half the power for the same price. Too slow and can't climb hills. I'll always pick power and dual motors over suspension.
@@larryc1616 Totally agreeee with you. Power > suspension
