Police Stop Traffic for CSX Train in St. Petersburg!

The CSX MOW Train from my other video had an incident in St. Pete where the gates wouldn't go up at 22nd Ave. Cars began driving around the gates and the police came and stopped them before the train pulled out to head back north.
