The reason you don't see the end of the CSX Train is that I ran out of memory! Of the 100's and 100's of videos I do and days I film that I don't run out, I happen to run out on THIS video! LOL

Nice video of two CSX eastbound trains racing each other as they approach and go under the Center Road overpass in Sheridan, New York in 2015. The CSX train on track #2 is a CSX mixed freight while the CSX train on Track #1 was a double stack train with a Norfolk Southern engine in the lead. This video appeared in my list of railfan videos today. (Posted 6 May 2024 at 1259 CDT.)

NS train had yellow over flashing green (approach limited). CSX had yellow over I assume red (approach). Meaning the NS had a more favorable speed. I've never been in this area but I'd think that the line goes to single track ahead of the trains meaning the CSX would stop and NS cross over in front of it.

      APPROACH CLEAR SIXTY (UPRR)
Proceed. Freight trains exceeding 60 MPH must immediately reduce to 60 MPH. Passenger trains may proceed, but must be prepared to pass the next signal not exceeding 60 MPH. When signal governs the approach to a control point with a 60 MPH turnout speed be prepared to advance on diverging route.

I'd say both trains had surprise power since the one with the NS motor had a CSX motor trailing. Makes me think both were CSX trains with one that just had an Norfolk Southern EMD unit on the point.
